Been a patient here for years, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Can get an appointment easily. I never had any negative issues only positive help. Highly recommended

Very pleasant waiting room. The staff are all very nice. I don't mind having to go to the docs.

Terrible rude secretarys with no patience and very short with you.

Went in with a swallow knee. Was told by the PA that I had infumation. No kidding that's why I'm here. X-ray was done. I was then called the next day and told that nothing showed up on the x-ray. (Once again no kidding it wouldn't show anything but bone damage.) I asked what the next step would be and was told I'm only a receptionist do what ever you were told to do by the PA! This all has happened after my son had an appt.there. When we showed up we were told we didn't have an appt. By the time we got home I was called and asked why we missed our appt. WTF! Since this office moved to River Ave.they seem to be all about the money and not the people. Very sad, my family has gone there for years. I'm changing doctors at this time. My health is to important so mess with.

Awful! This practice group seems to be focused more on the business side of medicine, than providing quality patient care. If you go to this facility, be prepared for disappointment. I was seen in the office for a regular medical checkup, and received a bill in the mail for a problem that was not discussed.

After my concerns were un-addressed and minimized, the physician went to see another patient, although my appointment was scheduled for another 15 minutes! After two weeks I received a call from the nurse stating that DO recommend I see someone else for this concern.

Not only did I leave with no answers, I also left with a bill for something that my insurance would (normally) cover.

Poor patient care and a declining practice, overall. My family will not be returning. 0 stars.

I asked for a written prescription and was given the run around. Initially they were willing to fill the prescription as long as they sent it to the local pharmacy. Once I asked for a written prescription to use the pharmacy of my choice all the sudden I needed to schedule another office visit to see the doctor. Even after explaining that I was already in to see his nurse practitioner and was told to call if I needed the prescription filled. Their excuse was well she doesn't work here anymore. This is what is wrong with our health care system doctors getting kick backs from big pharma. Simply fleecing America. Now my only choice is to schedule another office visit to get my prescription filled. I will go elsewhere.
