Dr. Dempsey always spends time listening to me and trying to help whatever is ailing me. He is compassionate and truly cares.

My mom Marsha B does not have an email but she told me her office visits are always informative and Wendy does a great job explaining her healthcare issues.

Dr Rissinger is great to deal with. She listens to everything you say to her and she is a very friendly Dr to deal with.

I LOVE her! She listens to me, explains everything so I can understand, and if she doesn't know something.she doesn't BS me! She says she doesn't know and looks it up, learns as much as she can, and will even ask other colleagues if needed. I will never go to anyone else! Dr Dempsey is a great doctor. All of the physicians and nurses at family practice are wonderful. I never really had a long wait time either. I have scoliosis and spinal stenosis which gives me great pain but Dr Dempsey is there for me. I'm also on a payment plan since I couldn't afford to pay my balance all at once. They really do take care of you if you were in the hospital they call and check up and see how you're doing or they schedule labs and make sure you go. One way or another hahaha!

Dr Rissinger is a wonderful caring physician. She's thorough with her exam questions and explains treatment options.

Dr. Dempsey has amazing "bedside manner" and that's a very rare find these days in a doctor. Dr. Rissinger is great too & also Dr. Klinger. Amy Keefer PA-C is good too. I have not had any visits with Mara Snyder, CRNP. The nurses working there are good too. I can't remember his name, but the nurse I had my last visit was great! The phlebotomist who draws my blood (again can't remember her name) is amazing! Have had so many nurses/phlebotomists have a hard time getting my blood & she's great, gets it perfectly & painlessly every time! The office staff is kind & while wait times may be longer at times; I believe it's because they actually care & take the time to fully address every patient's needs. Rather than spending 5mins or less with a patient & move on to the next like an assembly line, the way a lot of other medical practices seem to do.

I like the providers but the wait time is frequently long enough for the children especially to get restless.
