Dr. Nguyen is very loving, caring, and patient. She listens and really does everything she can do to solve your health issues. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I have been going here for many many years. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and inviting. Dr. Ward is amazing and compassionate.

Dr. Ward is patient and listens intently. He is genuine in his approach to treatment and the concerns of his patients. He never rushes and he takes time to answer questions. The staff is friendly and very professional.

I really liked my new PCP… he listened to my concerns …. Ran some tests and then let me know about tests that were needed due to my age that I was not aware of… I had been going to FPC for a long time with Dr. Kuskin as my PCP and tried a different doctor before Dr Ward and I did not care for her style and strict adherence to the “type” of appt booked … She made me feel like I was a number, focused on getting the Health Insurance billing correct so when she asked, ” How was I doing “ and then I answered and well let’s just say she was not very nice with her response—— saying, ” Well this is a blank type of visit and in order to discuss those items you need to come back for a blank type of visit “! I left feeling awful, not heard, with a general feeling of shame and embarrassment that I was annoying her …
Dr Ward was the opposite and made me feel like I could talk about any issue during my visit and I would not be required to come back to discuss my other ailments with a specific “ailment appt”… FYI I’m leaving off the types of appts and listing as blank or ailment on purpose …. Anyway I will keep going to him but if he was like the previous PCP I went to on my previous appointment——I was leaving family practice center and looking for another PCP because it was an awful experience in my opinion and Dr. Kuskin had never treated me like that and I did not want to go away from a doctors appointment again feeling so awful- but Dr. Ward was great. I would recommend him … He is patient. He listens and addresses your issue and that’s exactly what you need in a doctor.

Dr Nguyen always takes her time, listens to my concerns and is very thorough on how/what approach to help me feel better.

The staff are friendly, the facility is clean nice looking. So far, my physician has always treated me with respect. She listens, is friendly. She is intelligent, and really knows her stuff but is not arrogant about it. Her goal is to work with you to achieve your goals for optimal health.
