10My family has been going to FPC for years. Dr. Charles is the best and majority of the staff is excellent. They are always kind, courteous and helpful. We never have to wait long to be seen. It's always in and out for appointments and scheduling is a breeze. I definitely recommend.
The system jumped me out before I finished ranking the other questions. I only entered one. Either way, my experience with Dr Charles feels just like I did when I was a patient of Dr Lentz (almost 50 years before his passing). He is caring and understanding doctor who listen to whatever comments I make and responds accordingly.
Dr. Charles is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and most important down to earth and easy to talk to. I feel I'm in the best hands when it comes to my health care.
