This location is my go to when I have tire issues. They’re always fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Paid for new tires mount and balance three months later my alignment is screwed had to get more tires come to find out they didn't balance them and they don't even own a balancer machine. I had a blow out because of these crooks! Their a joke from them not balancing my tires it screwed up my alignment now I have to get another alignment more tires do not go here

They hunted down the correct size of tires for same day installation. Very nice people. I will be buying my tires from Family Tire from now on.

We had an unfortunate incident that ended in a destroyed tire. We didn't want to chance traveling back home to Pittsburgh on the "donut". Family Tires Corp had us back on the road in a jiffy at a very reasonable price with friendly service.

Got All four tires on my Honda Accord for 400$ for a brand I have never heard of. They don't balance the wheels like they mentioned. I was recommended here by a friend. I cannot recommend it to anyone. Go to reputed area where they have warranties and guarantees on the service provided. They Might have deals on second hand tires. That's the only thing I would recommend + decent and fast service.

Cheap used tires, but they don't care about how they take your tires and rims off of your car. They ruin the lug bolts, and strip where the bolts go in.they scratch the rims while either taking off or putting on the tires on the rims. Do not take care at all.

I had new tires installed on my new rims they damaged my brand new rims installed tires backwards also had to go to another shop to have them balanced properly.also lost my center cap because of how poor there service was.

I was from out of town, driving a rental and got a flat. These guys were very nice and helped me out! They plugged my tire quickly and got me back on the road. Thank you!

RIP OFF I bought tires for my explorer and they did not pass inspection and they didn't even balance them

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Family Tires to get new Brakes and Rotors, they cost over $600 and didn’t even last me the month. They were so faulty I almost crashed on the highway. I had to go get new brakes from another mechanic. On top of that, they do financing and the companies that they finance through obviously either don’t know or don’t care that they are covering a shop who has faulty equipment. I will never get anything from Family Tires ever again.

HORRIBLE PLACE. They rush to get the work done, strip your bolts and make you pay to replace them. Their prices are cheap but cheap isn’t always the way to go since this place does things to make you come back and spend more money for their mistakes. Go to a REAL tire place if you need something done

Honest, friendly business. They were the cheapest in town for tires. The price they quoted me was the price we paid. No upsell or shadiness. What s pleasure to go here. They have made a customer for life
