I scheduled my son a appointment, very good in timing to get seen! The office called me to come in earlier because they had cancellations, I was able to get seen the same day without an appointment! We found our new family eye doctor

I was in need of a new eye doctor, I found this place and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is so nice, especially Morgan. Highly recommend you go here.

I wanted to break the chain of only writing a review when angry, and give a huge shout out to the team at Family Vision Care. The office staff of Toni and Morgan have handled their staff's growing pains and change of management with absolute professionalism. Each experience that I have had over the last few months has been made easier because of their care and concern that my family and I were treated with respect and given every bit of information necessary to make the best decisions for ourselves. I cannot say enough about how easy they have made this for us, and how pleasant it has been. Thanks to this team for all the smiles and the doctors for the expert care. A definite thumbs up!

We’ve been going here for over 5 years now. We’ve never had an issue. Now that the office is under new management and staff it’s gone downhill. The old staff ordered my daughters new frames because hers broke. That was in July. It’s now October and we still have no frames. I’ve been calling since august and no response and no one picks up. We love Dr. Hamilton but this new staff is atrocious.

First and foremost I want to say that I have been coming here since I was 14/15 years old, I am now 21 and never had an issue with anything here.
However, the office is now under new management and new receptionists and let me say they are NOT GOOD. I ordered a pair of glasses on August 5th, and called several times to be told they can’t find them and if I could come in. I came in. Explained to them what my glasses looked like and they were JUST FRAMES because my current frame broke. The plan was to use the lenses I already have. Well its been a month and almost 2 weeks now since I ordered them and still no word.
Of course they tried blaming it on the old staff, the same staff I’ve never ran into any sort of issues with.
My lenses are already messed up because the broken glasses are all I have and they fall off my face and straight to the ground. Still haven’t heard a word back even though I paid for the frames already. Are my lenses going to be covered due to their negligence?
If nothing is resolved I’m switching offices. I’d hate to say goodbye to Dr. Hamilton he is a pure soul. But I think this is a bit much right now with this new staff.

I have been with this place since I was a teenager. I love how patient and friendly and caring they all are. The doctor is not only so good at all he does but he takes time to make sure that you have exactly what you need, he listens to your every word and is extremely personable when talking to you. He has so much patience and is not in any hurry to get you in and out. The ladies at the front desk are the same way and are very nice. I love this place and I would not have to worry about someone else who would be the exact opposite of what they are.

Have been going there for over 5 years. They take great care of you.
