Family Wash Day, Reading PA

This used to be a very clean and nice place to do laundry. NOT ANY MORE!
I had multiple loads of laundry to do, so decided to go to the laundromat. What a mistake coming here! 3/4 of the machines are out of order. When I tried using one of the $8 washing machines, my quarters got stuck (on many of the machines the card reader is broken). The attendant blamed me and said there was nothing she could do. She finally agreed to give me a credit of $6. When I asked her if I could give someone else the credit, since I was not going to come back, she said no and I would have to come back tomorrow when the boss was in to get my credit that was due to me.
This has to be the worst establishment I have ever gone to!

Horrible service almost all the machines were out of service. And when I went to change my money to get quarters it stoled my $10, when i told the lady lilly and her daughter that worked there they didn't do nothing about it they said they called the owner but never came it was a lie. Ya need to do better with ya business. That's horrible.

This place is trash…. Do not come to this laundromat machines take money…machines don’t even have water to wash the cloths my cloths on wash n it’s cycling washing with no water! SMH every machine is broken…the place has trash everywhere…. Honestly this place needs to shut down immediately!

No credit card accessibility, lots of machines don't work. My washer didn't spin dry much, my clothes were soaking wet still. Not enough rolling baskets for customers. Not very clean place.

The place is falling apart machines take yoy money no credit ect.ect.ect.

If I could leave a review with no stars I would. Went there this morning many washers and dryers were not working. They have been like that for 2 years. Then today I went there and there was no change in the change machine. I don't recommend this place at all. Very poorly ran.

Went just for the skills games. The entire time the overhead lights were flickering, could have fell asleep the machines make no noise (some people like the noise when they win). Not to mention the z wanderers that were lurking around. Very uncomfortable. It's a shame too cause when they first opened i traveled out of my way to use the laundry mat. Now don't plan on returning

Went to this laundromat for years but never again. Too many out of service machines that will never get fixed. Due to that you wait at times. Homeless people hang out in there all the time. Makes you uncomfortable. The dryers began to put holes in my clothes due to sharp pieces. The workers were always nice and respectful. Whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

Most of the machines were broken. I did like that you could pay with your credit card per load, but most of the card readers were not working. Price per load is great.

There were more out of order signs on washers and dryers, then working machines. People trying to steal your stuff and rude employees.

Don't bring your wash here! It's funny how they have 12 brand new gambling machines, but can't seem to fix a dryer. I have been a loyal customer for a long time here. Spectating it to get better, but I'm done. Having to sit, and wait for a dryer is a joke when they have 60 or 70 of them.what is the point of having so many when you have 80% of them broken. It's an embarrassment, I feel bad for the workers, they try their best with these terrible conditions, and deal with angry customers all the time. Owner of this establishment should be ashamed!

This place really went down hill since they opened no change in the change machines many and I mean alot of their washers and dryers are broken attendants don't speak English and one was very rude

I use to go there all the time but lately equipment is down and there are way to many homeless people sleeping there and asking for money and doing drugs in restroom accidentally walked in on a person it's time to break down and just replace my washer and just deal with the high cost of my water bill

I made a lot of money drying the clothes and when I was doing the washing I realized that the clothes were being washed with very little water, that is, I started to look at the wash cycle and the clothes were dry and very, very little

Disappointed. There are more broken washers & dryers than working. Seems like the slot machines are more important. This is not a game room it's a laundromat. Get the priorities right

Terrible. Half the machines are always out of order. Your clothes never smell good. Its just terrible. Raggedy laundromat

50% of machines don’t work. Another 25% only use card or coin. They don’t accept cards yet they have a machine to load a reloadable card.

There has been zero upkeep with this laundry mat. It used to be pretty good not sure what happened. Floors are dirty, no paper towel in bathroom or toilet paper. They have plenty of PA skill machines if you want to gamble.

Not too bad, Went late at night. Not crowded but many machines out of service. Floor was pretty dirty as well. Other than that I was there about 2 hours and everything was washed well but dryer took a while.

DO NOT WASH HERE! DO NOT WASH HERE. I went to wash clothes yesterday and the machine caught on fire. The owner was not in the slightest way genuinely sorry. More than half of all the machines are broken or not in service. The owner has failed to keep up with his company. He said it’s policy that they are not responsible for the damages or if it’s stolen. There was a lighter inside the lint tray which caused the fire. I have a 4 month old and is struggling. This isn’t fair nor right. NOW I DONT HAVE ANY TOWELS. DO NOT WASH HERE!

This place is horrible. 75% of all the driers and washers were out of order. The whole place smells like cigs. The TV and Radio were at their loudest capacity. It was such a chaotic place. Never again.
