PAIGE IS THE WORST. Was planning to buy 2 pairs of shoes and she immediately started giving me attitude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not come back, called me stupid for not knowing a coupon didn’t work. Didn’t purchase any shoes, she needs to work on her attitude. WILL NEVER be coming back because of Paige and will relay the message to many others. Don’t hire employee who can’t be nice and don’t like working with people.

Had a great experience here recently! Specifically, Melinda went above and beyond to try and help me find what i was looking for. She was so nice and helpful, I'll be back again because of her!

Short on styles and sizes. VERY conservative choices by management decreases desire to remain in the store. Here cashier offering to go on line for consumer which diminishes her job security. Wish the Rockvail store was open and this closed.

The store was organized, and staff was friendly but had limited selection on most shoe sizes.

We did get a chance to go inside but didn't like nothing.so I didn't buy anything.

Very good prices for brand name shoes! Very helpful staff. They didn't have sandals in my size but they ordered them right to my door.

Website state place closed at 8pm, also stated that couple of shoes were in stock. Went there no one came to ask if we needed help or tell us they were going to close soon. The person who checked us out kept rushing us, when their system froze she got super passive aggressive with us, but you could tell she was mad for no reason because her face got red and started to huff and puff. Not much in shoes basically out dated shoes overpriced. Will not be coming back

Went in to look around, was searching for a pair of sandals that I would like, they didn't have anything I wanted.

Great service. Staff was very friendly and super helpful, without being overbearing or the down your throat "let me help you" type. There was a good selection of styles and brands, and we were overall very pleased with our experience!
