I have used this location since moving to Greensburg about 3 years ago. I often saw a male, whom I forget his name, and I loved him. He always did a great job, and was so easy to talk to. I sometimes do by appointment and sometimes don’t because I have a full packed schedule being in school full time while also working. I am having a rough day today, but wanted to get my hair cut and washed. I waited until sometime was available to talk to me at the counter. Beth was short, impatient, and had little hospitality towards me and then said I wouldn’t be able to get in for another 2 1/2 hours so I left. This was not the first time I have witnessed her being rude. Although it seems so minimal, I challenge people every day at my waitressing job and in my future career field to always be kind to others because you never know what they’re going through. I hope Beth can learn a lesson from that and I will pray for her incase she was having a bad day as well. I no longer will return to this place that I previously loved visiting before.

I visited this place because my normal hair salon had to wait time of an hour and a half I got a great cut for a great price and many compliments definitely will be back

Best haircut I've had in seven years! The girl that cut my hair was nice, sweet, intelligent, fun to talk to because of her intelligence and personality! Excellent haircut!

I went in for a haircut and was waiting for over an hour. The stylist were gossiping and laughing the majority of the time. Come to find out they were laughing at me. Hurt my feelings but shocked me due to the stylist being so unprofessional and so very obvious with their unethical behavior.

What a wonderful group. They not only got me in last minute, but the gentlemen, Greg, cutting my hair did an excellent job. I hadn't had a trim in almost a year, so to have someone take such grace and care was very refreshing. I've had a lot of anxiety about getting a trim with the fear that someone would start hacking away, but my fears were pleasantly squashed. Very informative and very professional, 10/10 would have my hair done here again.

We have been going to Fantastic Sams for 20+ years. Have always been pleased. Now it is hard to get an appointment, know it is not there fault. Lack of hairdressers. But Stephanie did a great job!

Messed up hair dye, 2nd degree burn scalp, had to go back to get repaired. Not satisfied at all. Will not be returning ever again.

I don't recommend this place for any one. I showed the girl a picture of the haircut I wanted, well it didn't look anything like the picture. I will never go to any fantastic sams salon again.

Got my hair colored and cut by Beth. I absolutely love how my hair turned out. They were super friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted.

I have been going here since I was younger. My son went here for his haircuts & he actually sat still for them.:)
