FARBO Co reviews
17I had a great time exploring all things nerdy. Although I kept looking for Dr. Who items. Love the decorated staircase.
Have never heard of this place. Came across it on a walk around downtown Lancaster and decided on a whim to check it out. Boy am I glad I did. Be prepared to climb some stairs, but If you are any kind of nerd, this shop has something for you somewhere. From Japanese collectibles, Gundam models and role-playing games of all types, it's hard to imagine that you couldn't find what you're looking for, and based on the very brief interaction I had with this one staff member it wouldn't surprise me if they wouldn't be able to get you what you're looking for if they didn't have it. I was most impressed with their inventory of role-playing miniatures model paints and tools. It's a bit of a hike to make it a regular stop but I am sure to stop in the next time I'm in the area. I may have to look into mail order or something next time I am in need of something.
Fantastic selection of games with gaming night events on website. The staff is really friendly and helpful.sells unique miniatures who were designed by independent artists.
My son's favorite place to go Saturday afternoons. Great selection of unique collectable, games, ane dice.
Typical nerd store and I love it! I usually go in for the misc dice, but the rest of my nerd family like going in for other items. The employees are always super pleasant! (But I've learned that in most nerd stores, that's where the pleasant people are!)
When ever we make a trip to the Lancaster area, we try to make time to stop!
It is on the second floor with no elevator so if you have limitations climbing stairs, this might not be someplace you'll be able to go.
Awesome and unique place. Friendly and helpful staff. Great with kids. Will be going back and recommending to others.
Friendly staff, offered advice, information, trivia and offered to play dnd with us/showed us people we can join. 11/10
LGBTQ+ friendly.
I have yo say this is one of the best places for all your nerd stuff! From dnd books to anime figures, it has it all. My favorite is helping creators to sell there art. The kind folks that work the bring the calming and happy demeanor, that all store should have. Great customer service and good advice. I can't wait to vist again.
Such a cute place! Loved the artwork on the way in, the store is clean, and the person who checked me out was so kind! Will definitely visit again the next time I come to Lancaster.
Such a great little shop. They have so many games. Everything from old standards to things I've never seen before! Also a ton of other fun stuff.
FARBO is the kind of place you wish existed when you were a kid. Incredibly inviting store with your typical board games, and d&d books, TCG cards, but then on top of that has an eclectic assortment of indie RPGs, Japanese models and collectibles, stickers, dice and assortments, many from local artists, and hobby supplies clearly selected by people who do the hobby.
Drop in and say hi, the staff is warm and welcoming. Just a fun place to be.
I absolutely love coming here! They have a huge selection of fun and unique board games. I get the newest Magic: The Gathering cards here. There is always a good variety of pre-release kits, bundles, and set booster boxes. AND SO MANY DICE. The biggest collection with the most beautiful DnD dice. I don't buy dice for anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and helpful! This is honestly one of my favorite places to visit and shop at while in Lancaster.
Great store for board games, minis, D&D, and other nerdy things! The shopkeeper was a very helpful NPC.
The place is a open and relaxing atmosphere. Farbo makes everyone feel welcome there. Still awesome!
A true delight to find this nerd nirvana in central Lancaster. Something for everyone, with an enthusiastic and helpful staff
Well-stocked with fun games and friendly, knowledgeable staff to help you wade through the options. I love independent shops like this.skip the big boxes and support your local game store!
Great space with tons of options, helpful service, and fair prices. I decided on a reissue of the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG and the staff helped ind other relevant supplements.
