BEST SERVICE! Ernie and this team are incredible. They are so responsive, fast, and all their signage is perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.

Really wish I could say positive things. Our first discussion was greats. Ernie was engaged and seemed excited to help. He provided his quote as promised. Was impressed with the number, and came back with edits to the project that would have increased the spend 3-4 times the original amount, with the first line of the email stating I am not sure if the changes were in his wheelhouse. When I was contacted about the adjustments, was met with nothing but negative, degrading and rude comments. “I am a small business and I am not going to go out and buy a $300 roll of vinyl for a project, I have 1 type of vinyl”

Here’s the deal, I immediately asked the question in my email if it was in his wheelhouse, and the professional response would have been I’m sorry I don’t think I can do what you are asking, is there anything we can do to figure out how to work together. With that professional response, his business would have easily gained a $10,000-$20,000 a year account. Instead he lost it. Pretty shocked at how unprofessional his demeanor was, and how the way he felt it was ok to speak to clients. Especially ones that weren’t demanding anything or acting Ina way that would have possibly justified such a response. I was left completely speechless. I have had good experience with Fas signs as a brand however I would steer clear of this particular branch as they are each individually owned companies.

In the current state of the world and the stresses of being in business during these times, I would have hoped for a little more. All I was asking for was at the very least a good business sense and approach.

I brought my car up there to simply inquire about wrapping the window trim with vinyl. Instead of a simple "no we can't do it" the employee tried to tell me the type of person who owns the car I do (it's an expensive car) would only complain about the job once it was done. I was then told I could be sold the vinyl for me to do it myself (which is the exact reason I brought the car there in the first place b/c to have a professional do it). It was a very awkward experience.

Ernie was amazing and made my champagne wall look great by adding signs. He has outstanding customer service and is very professional and has a great eye for helping me decide where to place the sign. I will be coming back And look forward to working with Ernie in the future. I highly recommend fast signs in conshy.
