I just picked up a very important and somewhat complicated job today (window decals) from Greg Kerr at FASTSIGNS. The work looks perfect and the service was fantastic. I spoke to Greg at each key part of this project and he was really a great help. Highly recommend. Very professional.

Flat out Terrible Experience. I’ve been trying to get some quick and simple directional signs made to direct traffic for my facility for 4 months now. I’ve called about 20 times to the Springfield branch to try to get a quote and have it finalized without success. Never once did I call and get to talk to the person I needed to deal with. I always had to leave messages which were obviously thrown in the garbage. Place is a joke and what is a bigger joke is their five star rating. What a Scam. Trust me go to a different branch or a different company. And to the POS sales force that will leave a reply to this review, you should be ashamed!

I have used Fast Signs many times over the years and have always been extremely happy with the service and products. Dave is an excellent Designer. He is very creative and has given me ideas that have often worked better than my original idea.

I would give Fast Signs the highest recommendation.

FastSigns has been extremely helpful and proactive in creating professional looking and high quality banners and signage for our Schoener 5K and MusicMan Festival each year! They are extremely communicative and 'quick to the rescue' when we had a few last minute requests! They definitely live up to their name - although they are not just 'fast' - they are 'phenomenal! '

The guys at the shop were great and very accommodating! They were able to give me a proof of what I wanted and on my truck in a few hours and on my truck in 3 days. I’ll be sending everyone I know that needs signs and anything else there way

I was in a pinch and needed magnets made for my truck same day and they had them done with my company logo in a matter of hours even though they were extremely busy.

There was a last minute request for three Feather Flags for an event for one of my clients. Greg and his team at Fast Signs in Springfield came through for me. Not only were they timely and pleasant to work with, they caught a mistake that could have been costly. Thanks Fast Signs for being fast and efficient!

Dave was amazing and very accommodating to us, even going as far as dropping off our banner to us after hours. Dave was able to produce an outstanding banner with the little information we were able to give and exceeded our expectations of the out come. Being a small non-profit Veterans organization it is hard to find people who are willing to work with in our budget and also give us the best quality possible. Dave and Fastsigns bent over backwards for us, and produced a sign with in our budget, and gave us a quality banner that well would have exceeded our budget any where else. We will never go anywhere else. Very Highly recommend them.
