Luis was very attentive and answered all my questions. I had a time concern and Luis accommodated my concerns which really helped me.

Rusty my service advisor did an excellent job of communicating and the shop turned my vehicle around quickly.
He also insured our towing costs were submitted and covered.
He did a tremendous job.

There was some confusion about the advertised interest rate and there was damage to the front passenger door. The door was repaired and we came to an agreement on the rate. The staff are friendly and responsive.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The whole team was friendly, very laid-back, and helpful without any of the hyper-aggressive salesman nonsense. The crew there makes you feel very comfortable during what can be a very stressful time, and they genuinely seem to care that their customers leave feeling happy with not only the vehicle, but the whole experience. Will definitely be doing business with them going forward!

Made a service appointment to not have it serviced I need my radio screen fixed (which that was part of my appointment scheduling detail) get there to then be told they would not submit the paperwork because they didn’t think it was covered under warranty. Waste of an hr drive
Next were my inspection stickers I was told that’s what they would do instead (had that listed as well on my appointment details) after two+ hrs of waiting someone comes out to say they would it provide the inspection because I have a special tint, and they did not know if they were able to give me inspections. Also had listed my appointment that issued to check my tires. They check my tires. I have a nail in it. But I thought I had warranty all my tires for it to be replaced. They also said no and wanted to charge me $45 to plug it. Not to mention when I first purchased my vehicle everything was fine and dandy. I was promised a coat to be placed on my car because I had signed up for the premium warranty which I’m guessing is gap Insurance (first time buyer) so then schedule an appointment for the coding to be placed on my vehicle. I was told that that was never promised, although I was in a recorded room not sure where that audio goes. I will never take an hour and a half drive or even think about referring this place again.

Not sure how to respond to your reply but there was NEVER A paint sealant placed on my vehicle maybe someone put that order in, but WAS NEVER placed on my suv but that actually isn’t the sealant. I am talking about the one I am talking about is the ceramic coating THE KIND the two finance agents repeatedly
Offered/ guaranteed me I was getting I just needed to make an appointment
As for service I spoke with a gentleman first hand about it on how the incident happened to my screen and he told me that it may or may not be covered but to bring the truck in when I scheduled the appointment, I also explained that to the person scheduling the appointment and she too said they couldn’t guarantee it, but they would submit the paperwork which was what I was expecting it’s not guaranteed that GM will cover it, but simply putting the paperwork in for it would have sufficed. As for the tint on the vehicle I have a Pa letter of excuse. But didn’t have it one me but that still didn’t explain the time wasted as the two service employees argued about doing the inspection, sticker job, or to not do it? ! It was all still a waste of time I should have been told I see tint we can’t do it and the Radio screen we will not submit the paperwork that would’ve caused just have been half an hour to get done.and not as long as I have waited there straight to the point and in and out!

Brett was great. Made the process much quicker than normal by having everything prepared before I even got to the dealership. Additionally, they worked with me to change around the extra warranty and protection package that fit my needs

Great experience, was kept informed about progress of service. Video was great showing progress of service and explaining everything. Service representative Luis Jiminez was great, I've dealt with him with other service appointments and he was excellent.

I have been doing business with Faulkner for about six years. Their service department is second to none. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and keep me informed as to the status of my vehicle. In particular, I have worked with Leslie Hurst many times and she is definitely one of the best. As long as we own GM vehicles, we will use Faulkner to service them.

Held hostage by your way out of line
Pricing. Brought vehicle in for inspection and fan problem was told needed lic. Plate bulb $65, wipers (which were less than 6 months old and worked fine on recent trip in the rain) $85, and thermostat and engine flush $1300. Went somewhere else and charged $178 by Faulkner for Diagnostic. Paid $5 for bulb, $30 for wipers and $520 for thermostat/flush. You should be ashamed. Won’t come back.

I arrived early and the work on the car started soon after arrival. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was finished as promised.

As always Perry gets us what we need! Perry is everything you want in a person who’s taking care of sales for you, I can’t call him a salesman lol. Perry is honest and never pushy, he works hard to try to make sure you get as much as you want in your price range, and overall seems to have his clients best interest at heart. I’ve been leasing cars from Faulkner West Chester since 2016, and I haven’t had a bad experience ever! Even the manager has been there since the beginning of my relationship with the dealership, and going back 3 years apart almost each time I don’t expect to be remembered, but he always seems too. We always get a warm smile and a genuine check-in on life (as we both have twin sons and 3 boys all together), which is such an amazing feeling to get each time. I’ll continue to go back over and over again, and I hope that if you’re reading this review you decide to go give them a visit also. Oh and leave with your next car too lol!

I was very frustrated and unhappy with a leaky rear window in my out-of-warranty 2020 Sierra pickup truck. Service Manager Bernie Gunn took care of the issue, going above and beyond my expectations. Very happy!
