I've brought all my cars here for damage repair. They are friendly, upfront, and do great repairs. I recently had a fender bender that broke my tail light & damaged my bumper. It fixed quickly. There was an issue with the replacement tail light, I called, they ordered a new light & replaced it in a couple of days.
Each time I've had to bring my car, irlt was fixed back to new.

Dave called me to pick up my car. I said no way is it ready so soon. Dave assured me it was. When I got there Dave took me out to see my vehicle and it was spotless. Couldn't tell it was in a collision. I don't recall dealing with him when I dropped my car off but he was fantastic.

Called made my appointment. Brought my car in dropped it off. They worked with the rental agency. Called picked car up. It would of been nice if they would of worked with the other minor issues.

I would advised people not to even go here or any Faulkner Collision. Caliber Collision is the way to go. They have handled two claims for me and I was unsatisfied both times. A lot of money they received from insurance. Don't do it people.

I have tried to book an appointment with Faulkner 3 separate times. They do not contact me or return my calls. It's been 2 weeks now and I am not waiting anymore - going elsewhere because they pick up a phone or respond to THEIR OWN FORM ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

If you actually need your car fixed, look elsewhere

People working there were helpful, kind, and fair. The team we worked with was Sue and Ratana at the Front Desk and Ed the Service Manager.

My car was recently in an accident and our car was taken here. They did a fabulous job and Ed G.went above and beyond for us.even meeting us to pick up our car when it was finished on his day off.as I could not take off from work any other day.

Great service and and very helpful after an accident. They were quick to receive the car and get the work done as well. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience with Faulkner. Dave at the front desk is extremely helpful with the whole process. They told me to drop the car off when the parts were in, and I had my car back in a little over a week. They did a beautiful job refinishing my car, and it looks brand new.
