Not reliable place, I have to pay over 20 percent estimated price to repair my car

This is the worst auto body shop ever. They hold your car hostage for 3+ weeks with no update. They don’t answer when you call and they take your car for joy rides.

Worst body shop ever they take your car for days and don’t update you. When you call nobody answers the phone. It’s just a hot mess everybody needs to be retrained.

I believe these people switched out my coolant valve! They had my car well over a month, who takes that long to repair a car with no communication! I had to keep calling them and coming in person! On top of that, I rented from enterprise and there is a certain amount of days your insurance only pays for… The extra days my insurance didn’t cover because this Faulkner had my car WELL OVER A MONTH, this Faulkner said they would handle the bill for the extra days… This Faulkner lied and never did so! I keep getting billed and got a call… Anyway, I’ve never had a problem with my coolant leaking until after the accident which Mercedes of Fort Washington said it was not related to the accident… I had to get a second opinion because these people Faulkner, oddly didn’t know how to diagnose the problem! The problem was, coolant switch over valve was bad! I believe they switched my coolant valve to a bad one because why would you replace the hood on my car if it wasn’t damaged… Avoid these snakes at all cost! You will reap what you sow…

I use Faulkner collision back in 08/04/2019 They were terrible back then! And are worse now. It took them from 08/04/2019 to 09/05/2019 to do repairs what was supposed to be an 10 days repair. Now I have to reopen my claim 11/03/2022 paint coming off on my passenger side door edge. This guy Eric trying to tell me it is Dings from
Opening my door. When you can clearly see it is the paint coming off.
He wants to get 20.00 dollar touch up pen to repair. Don't take your car to these people. They don't Honor your workmanship And lifetime warranty. Beware of their work.

This is the place to go! John Stella and his guys are excellent. The service is the best in the business and I would never take my cars anywhere else. They responded super fast today to pick up my grandmom stranded on the side of the road following a hit and run. She called and they sent a tow out immediately when another shop told her to wait for her insurance company to come out and get her (over 2 hour wait FYI). Faulkner cares!
