My experience at Nissan Faulkner was exceptional. Everyone was nice, they took care of my problem, and pretty fast too! I am extremely happy with my service! I would definitely recommend.

Mercedes at the front desk is awesome. Very good at communicating in a friendly yet direct and down to business kind of way. The shop has completed the basic work on my car in a timely manner each time and they seem to take little extra steps like cleaning the brake dust off my rims when they replaced the brakes. The car came out looking clean and I was back on the road in a couple hours. They listed some other suggestions for me to replace, but there was no pressure to do so. Very happy with this dealership.

Do not buy from this location customer service is horrible. I stood at the front desk for 10mins while staff walked pass me and never asked if I needed help because everybody was sitting at their desk eating their Wawa food and they will lie to you just to make a sell. Definitely don't trust Michael Smith I will never go to the location ever again.

Maria Jones is amazing. She is kind and patient and attentive. She helped me to get in to my new car quickly and easily. She made me feel special. In fact everyone at Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown were great. I recommend Faulkner Nissan in Jenkintown to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Maria and thank you Faulkner Nissan.

Kudos to the Faulkner Nissan of Jenkintown team. Bill manager and service representative Joe were outstanding. I needed major work done and very was stressed the team stayed in communications with me and the repairs were complete in a timely fashion. Very professional outstanding customer service. People take time to complain But I take time to also give props where deserved Joe and the Nissan team all deserve nice Christmas bonuses.

My experience was great. They did my state inspection and finished it in less than an hour. Everyone at the service center were pleasant and helpful. I will be using this location for all of my maintenance

They treated me with fairly and with respect at a time when other dealerships were taking advantage of the inventory shortages. No games, just helpful friendly service.

The service was completed earlier than scheduled which was helpful. Previously, our Altima was in for a recall, and we were given a courtesy car at no charge.

Danielle the service advisor was the best. She was super helpful and explained things as if I was speaking to the machanic. All the staff are extremely genuine and nice best place by fair for all of my repairs.

Alyssa and Paula were nothing short of 5 star! They treated me like a friend, not a customer. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to show me everything I was interested in, and explained everything in detail as I am not the most "car deal savvy" guy. Can't express enough just how professional and top notch their service was. My experience at Faulkner Nissan was unlike any dealership experience I've had in the past. Faulkner Nissan has a new client, for LIFE! Thanks to Alyssa and Paula.

Herb at Faulkner Nissan was great in handling the recall on my car. By the time my car was towed to Faulkner Nissan, Herb was able to get it examined and fixed within the same day during a very busy time of the year. Nissan at the corporate level, however, is the absolute worst. I called the 1-800 number at 9AM on a Friday to schedule a tow and was continuously told throughout the day that my tow would be there within 20 minutes OR the 1-800 number for Nissan called every 30 minutes to ask me for status on their own tow. Each call took up about 20 minutes of my time and required me to continuously provide information that Nissan already had about my car and the recall. The tow never arrived on Friday but instead on Monday morning. If you’re ever in dire need of a tow, Nissan’s road side assistance should be avoided at all costs. If it weren’t for Herb and his wonderful assistance and service, I would have gone elsewhere to handle the recall on my vehicle. I will not lease/purchase another Nissan again because of Nissan’s failures at the corporate level but when it comes to serving my future vehicle, I’d definitely go back to Faulkner Nissan’s service department for any future needs.

I brought my car in because the transmission has begun to slip frequently, shift roughly and become momentarily unresponsive to the accelerator. It is not difficult to detect. The mechanic seems to have given the bare minimum in time and effort and claims they could not find any problems. On top of this, when I picked the car up I asked if the transmission fluid had been checked, and I was told that it would cost approx. $400 just to *check* the fluid and that it wasn’t recommended. Overall everyone there seemed uninterested and they don’t seem to value their customers at all. This was the first time I brought my car here for service and it will be the last time.

I purchased a car through Destiny at Faulkner Nissan and she could not have been more wonderful. She took the time to show me all of the features and really helped us get the best financing available. The entire process start to finish was a breeze. I would recommend Destiny and Faulkner Nissan to anyone looking for a car!

My appointment was at 1 PM. My car wasn't finished until 4 PM. As I was paying, I read the documents. They stated that they didn't begin working on my car until after 3 PM. This was a major inconvenience since their waiting room is closed. I had to arrange a ride and spend 3 hours waiting for my car.

I had a great experience at Nissan Faulkner Jenkintown. Paula was the most helpful saleswoman I have ever encountered. She made sure I was getting what I wanted, and also what was “right” for me. Riz is another one that was also extremely helpful, and made sure I fully understood every detail in all of my paperwork. It was a pleasure to do business here, and I will most definitely be back in the future.
