Normally, I would give them 5 stars but this visit was not the norm. I went here for a passenger mirror replacement. Toyota packed the wrong color mirror cover in what should have been the correct package. After installing, the tech did not verify that everything was working and I had to turn around immediately due to messages on my dash. The service rep gave me a discount but I still need to return to have the repair completed.

On par with all other experiences, Faulkner goes above and beyond while servicing my car. Because of a busy day, they accommodated me with transportation as the work on my RAV4 would take a bit. I was updated via text throughout the day by Ryan with all available details and notified as soon as the job was finished with the expected price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

This was our first experience buying a car from Faulkner Toyota and it will not be the last. Our salesman, Anthony listened to what we wanted and was able to help us choose the perfect car. He made the process very easy and made sure we knew how to operate everything on the car before we drove away.

They took me in within two days calling to schedule, work was fairly quick, and the best part was the wait! They played the 80s at 8 on Sirius radio and it was frickin awesome; Great job!

I brought my 2023 vehicle in for “covered” 5000 mile maintenance appointment. The staff was fine, however having to pay what was stated as a discounted $40 for PA emissions on an exempt (less than 5000 miles driven) vehicle is way too much. The initial bill for the covered maintenance was given to me at $146.89 and then it was $75.88 after questioning it, before a final amount of $57.50 was provided which included the “free” PA inspection.

Very disappointed we always take our vehicle to Toyota for service so we have proper records kept this is the second time our vehicle has been in for service and was not washed and not to mention the rising cost almost $100 for an oil change I would think at that rate, you would at least Get a wash?

I had a horrendous experience with service advisor Lee Sprout. I was very clear when I asked about what the paperwork contained when the service contract was drafted. But Lee barely gave any details on the work, did not mention the charges associated at all, and snuck in an additional $150 charge within the paperwork. When I asked about why the charges were not disclosed upfront despite me asking, all he had to say was, it was in the paperwork, before raising his voice at me in front of the other staff and walking away after he was done yelling at me. The lady at reception was kind enough to apologize in his place. If a service advisor cannot explain the work being done and the charges associated prior to a service, then why do you even have those positions other than to trick people into overpaying. Shadiness and intimidation from dealer reps like Lee is precisely why customers never trust car dealerships. I made my mistake trusting Faulkner and Lee Sprout, but I hope my experience will help other people be wiser and stay away from this dealership.

Took my vehicle to the new Faulkner Toyota Sales and Services dealership this morning. It’s a beautiful and much larger building with a comfortable waiting area. The service staff continue to be helpful and easy to deal with about everything.

Do not have your car serviced at this location. The work they perform is good, but their customer service and business practices are not. You can expect bait and switch tactics from them. I ordered tires on their website and scheduled an appointment the following week, yet when I arrived they told me the only tires available were more expensive than then ones I wanted, and they no longer offered Toyota’s buy 3, get the 4th for $1 special that was included in the price quoted on the website. Only after I showed the order confirmation email I received and threatened to leave did they “find” the tires I ordered and “remember” the promotional offer. And after that, they still tacked on an additional $150 service that was not mentioned on their website when I placed the order. There are other Toyota dealerships in the area; choose one of them.

Tried to buy a used car with 3 different salespeople and was treated poorly.
Told they couldn’t drop $500 and then a week later they drop the price more than that and we tried again but told since we wanted to pay more before they wouldn’t deal again with us. But did say if we were someone different they could do a better deal.
Now that’s what you want to hear.
