Service is the best! I worked with Blaise and he had excellent customer service. The ladies at the desk are always so friendly too. I’m not sure what it’s like to find a vehicle and purchase but I would recommend for anyone to try!

My purchasing experience at Faulkner Toyota was outstanding. I love my new Toyota RAV4 XLE. Patty Kleber and Jim Carnley in the internet sales team were great to work with. Jim is simply amazing. Jim went out of his way to make this purchase as smooth as possible. Jim really knows the RAV4 inside and out and his knowledge and enthusiasm for the entire Toyota brand is really impressive. The finance manager, Paul DiCicco was also super helpful. Paul answered all of my questions regarding financing, GAP coverage, the Toyota VSA, and the prepaid maintenance plan. Paul explained the benefits of each of the optional products and I elected to purchase several of these products since I plan to keep this car for a long time. The team at Faulkner Toyota made the entire process hassle-free and I didn't feel pressured at any point in the transaction, which I truly appreciated. I feel confident that I picked the right dealership to do business with. Thank you Faulkner Toyota!

Took vehicle in for a simple AC diagnostic for it not blowing cold, they wound up having me bring it back 3 times, charged me $1500+ to replace a condenser, relay, etc… only to be told by Chris our Service advisor that they have no idea how to troubleshoot the issue. Huge waste of time and money, find yourself a better shop to take your car to.

Told me I needed new cabin air filter. Mine is only 15,000 miles old. Told them no thanks just change the oil. Left there with my car having an entirely new smell coming from the air filter. Took out the air filter to inspect was full of debris and disgusting they may have given me someone else’s filter. This changed the smell of the air coming out of my vents very noticeably. I ordered my own cabin air filter. Put your initials on your cabin air filter. Also Put a note inside your glove box “do not touch my cabin air filter”. Tried to sell me on a brake fluid flush for a 2019. Totally unnecessary according to triple AAA only top offs are needed until 125k miles.

Bought a 4Runner from Faulkner. I texted my salesman Tim that I would buy one from the lot at a certain out-the-door price. He texted me back saying he was on vacation but that Joe would help me. Joe texted me later that day and said I had a deal. I then told Joe I didn’t want to spend hours buying the car and I was there for only an hour and a half and out the door I went with my brand new 4Runner! Simple easy and quick. Faulkner doesn’t mess around with the stereotypical car dealer stuff. They are honest and straightforward and it was a pleasure to buy from them. Thanks Joe and Tim!

Imagine trying to charge me 99.95 + tax for a cabin air filter.

You guys are robbing people
This part costs 10$ and takes 30 seconds to install.

First of all, I was threatened if I did not take vehicle within 48 hours it would be sold to some other customer. I was informed on a Friday night and their 48 hours would end on Sunday evening. I told them banks were closed on Saturday/Sunday. I was told that they notified me about this policy when I gave them the deposit for the car. However, I was given till 1pm Monday to pay full price and get the car.

Second, I owed them $31,616.31 after deposit so I got a citizens bank official check of $30,615.00 and decided to pay another $1,000 by the same card that I used to pay deposit since I can only pay $2,500 by credit cards. However, this cheap people charged me $1001.31.they could not let go of $1.31 breaking their rule of charging more than $2,500. When I asked about it his response was "you owe that much".

Third, I asked for a favor - I was the only driver with two cars, so I asked for a lift or drive my car to my home and I would drop him back there but he refused even though his manager said he is ok if the salesman used his own car to help me.

I had been taking my car to Trevose Faulkner for routine service since 2017 when I bought my first Toyota from them. This past April I traded my 2017 RAV4 for a 2023 Highlander. I reported for my new car’s first routine maintenance check up and, again, found Shannon to be professional yet friendly. My car was checked and back to me within an hour! I’m thrilled to continue to be part of Trevose Faulkner’s “family”.

I went to this Toyota Dealership this weekend with my daughter who wanted to buy her first car from a dealership. She is a first year Temple student who is majoring in Business Management. The sales consultant Mr. Irv was awesome! We choose a car (2014 Rav4 XLE -Red color) after test driving three different used cars. We received a FAIR deal, and Mr. Irv processed all the initial paperwork prior to the finance documentation process. He did value our time and his professional attitude made us buy this car while we continued shopping elsewhere.
The bad experience was dealing with the Financial Officer Anthony. We were so disappointed with his non-professional attitude. He didn’t even have a formal introduction at the beginning and he started asking about our credentials and job details etc. After all he said he will be right back, and he was missing in action for the 2 to 3 hours. During this time Mr. Irv apologized more than once for the long delay from the finance side. Somehow this finance person Anthony did show up after 3 hours with his iPad and start explaining us with additional warranty coverage without explaining us about the interest rate or anything about the loan process that he was working for our purchase. I didn’t get any proper answer for any of my questions/concerns; on the other hand, he kept on telling me that he was on this field for so long! Honestly speaking I denied all other warranty coverage because of his attitude, also he spoke to me very rudely when I declined. Even though my credit score was very good, he put a very high interest rate in the final paperwork he brought to the desk to sign compared to the rate he offered earlier. He didn’t explain to us anything about the final interest rate, and he was handling everything from beginning to end without any minimum decency/respect to the customer. He was so ignorant and dishonest he even didn’t tell us payment method or payment date! I need to search out to Toyota Financial Corporation for my first payment date.
I would not recommend this dealer while this finance person is still there! He doesn’t give any value for your time, we spent almost 6 hrs.in this dealership because of the discriminative attitude of this finance person. In the past I always recommended this dealership to my family and friends, NOT anymore!
Once again, I really want thank Mr. Irv (sales rep) who was very professional and his interactions where Superb!
