Lanes and games worked great, no issues with stuck balls or crazy point errors the kids loved the animations on the game screen.
However, the facility is in need of upgrades and an arcade mechanic because half the games were out of order, disappointed.
I don't mind the duct tape on the lane couches but please shampoo the seat cushions on the chairs behind the lanes, very dirty.

My 12 year old son saved his honor roll, babysitting and chore money to buy a bowling ball. He selected it and paid for it on his own. The people at the front desk were helpful and said if we wanted to wait 20 minutes they would drill the ball for him as part of the purchase. We sat and waited for almost an hour while the person who drills the ball did God only knows what.he passed by us knowing we were waiting to go chat with league bowlers and then came over and sat down after we had been waiting forever and said he needed a rest because he's old. My kid was sitting there feeling horrible because we thought this would be a quick stop and it turned into something that burned our entire evening while his brother waited at home having not yet had dinner. You know.people have lives. I've already worked a 12 hour day and here I am waiting around missing time with my family because someone doesn't want to do his job. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. This place used to be my familys favorite and now it's just horrible service and over priced. Then finally over an hour later were done, keep in mind we paid over an hour ago and dude tells my kid he has to pay for this. Seriously? !? ! Don't be rude to kids for no reason. You could at the very least pretend you care that a nice kid with good grades is spending his hard earned money at your place of business. I am disgusted and disappointed and this is the nicer version of the review i want to leave.

First time here 1/29/2023 _was a great experience walked in and was surprised it was very cool bowling alley and was very good atmosphere, the employees running the counters were very patient and helpful and the lanes were clean and a lot of space to spread out definitely recommend and definitely will be returning.

The bowling is really good. What I didn’t like was our flaccid pizza was not able to be picked up by the pizza spatula. I had taken it back and told them about it expecting them to remake our pizza. They bring out our SAME pizza, they didn’t cook it more because it was still cold. Please eat before coming here. Very disappointing.

Pretty great, fun bowling, and really good food for the price. I wish the arcade was in a better state, half the machines were out of service.

Had a mixup on a party of 8 and only paid for 7 gave 1 for free. Greatly appreciated. Great customer service.

We called during the week to ask how much it would cost for six people to bowl on Saturday. We we're told that it would be $90 dollars for a party pack first come first serve but when we got there on Saturday it was over $100 dollars for three hours. When we spoke to a manager about it he was really rude and told us it has to be reserved two weeks in advance didn't even try to fix what we was told on the phone. I think they need to train all their employees the same way. I'm not
sure if he is the main manager or not but to be rude like that to customers and not fix the problem is very unprofessional. The lane we was on was constantly breaking down on us. I will not be going back there again. To me they don't deserve a star.

Do not go here. False advertising and do not cater to public. Filing charges for deceptive business practices

Personally I would have give them a 1/4 star, but I cant. So 3 days before Thanksgiving last year I dropped off 3 bowling balls to be plugged and drilled. I received one phone call about a month later, but that was after I went back in to talk to management. 2 more month's go buy and still no word. So I go in again. At this point I would figure they would have at least plugged the bowling balls. NO they were not! I was told the last time i spoke to them that the tec who does the drilling.has left for vacation and wont be back till March, fine so I waited at least my balls were plugged right. So march came and went and no phone call. They had my number I gave it to them over the phone 3 times and in person 2 times. I never once received a phone call. So today 4/26/22,7 months after i dropped them of So I went to pick up my balls to take them to get them drilled somewhere else. And come to find out they were never even plugged. So my take is management is worthless. They can't keep thier word. Or communicate with clients. And if that's the case I shure as he'll would not bowl in a league here. They don't care about the customer one bit.

Wanted to plan a Friday night out with friends bowling only to find out they have very limited lanes and close at 9pm. Very disappointed will find somewhere else to go spend our money

Friends and I went for a birthday celebration and paid by the hour, which I see is a new policy of theirs I guess. During our last 2 times we went we experienced technical issues with the bowling pins. Took forever to get someone to fix the issue. Our most recent time we paid for 2 hours, lost out on about 45 minutes of playing time due to the “technical issues” with the bowling pins being setup. No one came to help during the last half hour we waited before they closed. Total rip-off! Nothing like what it used to be.

Going here is a waste of time if you’re not in a league. They have leagues every single day except for Saturday, and all lanes are blocked off from 12-3 and 4: 30 to 9. They will not take walk ins on league nights (again, 6 out of 7 days a week). They turned my family, and four others as soon as they walked in.

So if you’re looking for recreational bowling and family fun after work or during the week, go to Harvest Moon or ABC because they’ll have lanes open for the public to use.

Policy changes resulted in a terrible time. They no longer charge you for how many games you want to play, they now charge you for hours. I used to come here all the time with my family, ever since I was little. Our second game got cut off after 3 frames cause we ran out of time. We spent almost 60 dollars more for almost half the time playing. Not to mention the employee who had some rude comments while we were talking to the clerk. I cannot possibly describe my disappointment towards this change.

[TL;DR]
Don't waste your time. Find a bowling alley that charges you for the number of games. It's more fun, and cheaper. The arcade has several machines that are either malfunctioning or aren't plugged in. Go to Kaos instead.

It was really fun there's tons of different weights and great customer service. We accidentally broke it twice and they got it working again right away with no problem.

I took my family there tonight, we have been going there since my boys were little. You no longer have time to order food and bowl, we found that out, although the guy who checked us in was pushing us to order our food! I thought we paid for 2 games but we got cut off and booted out. So basically now you don't have time to order food and bowl, you have to bowl right away, no fooling around, no bathroom breaks. I made a complaint to the front desk and was cut off by a waitress who took the time to insult me and walk away, yeah I won't be going back to faxon Lanes, we'll go to Kaos or somewhere else! My suggestion is if you bowl there, bowl only - don't order food before you bowl cause you won't have enough time!

My family and I had a great time last night. And the staff was helpful when it came to our lane and prices.
