Federal Donuts West, Philadelphia PA

I tried to pick up my order from the wrong location. The staff was so accommodating and made my experience so smooth and easy. They called the other location to have my order cancelled for me and took care of me in store. Excellent custom service!

The store appears to be dirty the staff is working with their jackets on no hair net the cashier is also making the donuts with 1 glove and the price is outrageous FEDERAL DONUTS YALL NEED TO DO BETTER that might of been my last visit

Donuts are a tad sweet for me, cold brew was pretty bad, vietnamese iced coffee was nice. Great staff and cute shop.

Went in for the donuts but was surprised at such a small selection. When I think of a donut shop, I was expecting a much bigger selection.
It wasn't very crowded and the girl that took our order seemed as if she was inconvenienced by us being there.
All the donuts tasted good.

I really want to love fed nuts donuts but they fall short. They're obviously better than Dunkin or whatever but they need to aim higher.

So I have loved this place for years. Move away and come visit to make sure and yea it’s still good but $11 for 6 party wing pieces? ! I went back to the site because I KNOW the last time I was here I at least got whole wings. I remember when they were selling whole pieces (much better to do the wings) still a huge fan of the flavors and great staff customer service overall but

Excellent donuts, tasty chicken sandwiches (could have a bigger bun), well-seasoned Za'Atar fries and always friendly service

I love trying their different donut combos, and the shops are all very consistent (quality-wise). Love the colorful ones especially, like blue cake donuts and the bright red icings, etc.
