4Beware drivers! This place is a joke. All docks have damage because of the way they were built, obviously for box truck. Not for tractor trailers! They blame drivers for building damage. Is a SCAM! Every single dock looks the same!
Obviously its located at the Harrisburg Airport. Pulled up 6 hours be4 our appointment time. Yard dog was super nice, escorted us to drop yard down the street and advised us he would contact us when our trailer was ready for pickup! Can hang out in the drop yard, I believe overnight!
Hopelessly delayed important document shipment (title).
Very little communication regarding expected resolution date/time. Shipment being held hostage
This office has had my package since Monday a week ago. They refused to deliver it to me. Over a week and I still haven't received my order. This is not the first time I have had issues with them.
