FedEx Ground, Philadelphia PA

Waiting on a package that said arrive on Friday never got it and was told it's at this location. I go there and they said package they can't find it. So now it's Sunday I still don't have my package. I call fedex they talking about a tracer will call me. I will never ever deal with fedex again. I don't even want to order something and they the carrier I will cancel it I don't want FedEx as my carrier anymore.

I have had numerous issues with FEDEX. They have been worse. There teams aren't coordinated. They are constantly giving delivery dates and pushing them out to whenever the feel like it. They are just overall not good. I worry when things are sent via FEDEX. The post may be getting defunded, but I still don't worry I'm going to receive a package from them or are they just going to do what they want with it. Just as example of one of the more recent issues, A package was sent to me with no Apt number. I was tracking the package and FEDEX immediately marked it for return to sender back in California and I called prior to the package being delivered to update the house number. Once it wasn't delivered, I called 2-3 more times to validate that it would be held at the warehouse and I could pick up. I spoke to 2-3 different agents and all assured me that the package would be held by the local team. *Pretends to be surprised* the package wasn't held at the local station and was on it's way back to California after I spent much of my day trying to prevent it through to the the very disparate teams that exist at FEDEX. If you don't know this once you package is on any container or truck, it is stuck. So it had to go back to the send only to be resent by the sender. This is one of the many horror stories I have about FEDEX. They really need to get it together. I say stop putting money into FEDEX and put money back into the post office because it may be slower, but at least it arrives and the system works more often than not.

Above and beyond easier to deal with than the 800 # I should have just come here first

Ordered a package and was supposed to be delivered by the 2nd according to the shipper (I called) it’s been getting pushed back and pushed back then delivered to the wrong house! A package that I requested to show ID because it’s worth more then 1k! So they picked it back up and are now telling me I need to drive down to this location which is a 45 min drive for me! FedEx customer service is also horrible!

This place is horrible I had to drive all the way from Lansdowne, Pa to this location to pick up a box that was supposed to be delivered to me but they kept rescheduling my delivery everyday for a week I called customer service everyday for a week and finally they let me know where my package was I get all the way up there and the only explanation they had was they don’t know why it wasn’t delivered it kept being placed on the wrong truck. I asked to speak to a manager and they had no manager there.smh! That place is horrible

Driver delivered my package to wrong address & had someone sign MY NAME for it, mind you my package was a “direct signature required”, drivers need to start paying attention & also ask for ID that’s what I thought was required for direct signature anyways? At least if they asked for ID they would see that it was the wrong address! Thee worse delivery service EVER!
