13They say they cannot deliver because the wedder. It take one full week to deliver from Fairview to Cambridge Springs. They say it’s out for deliver but never shows up. They even call to ask if they have the right address, you tell them yes and it still doesn’t show after 3 days of calling. Worst company ever.
Useless tracking updates and they don’t bother to actually fill out or read the door tag forms that they leave. I’ve never had to work so hard to receive a package.
Would be less stars if it were possible do not apply here it is a waste of time worst job I've ever had if your looking for hours this isn't the place they like to do 8+ hours of work in 4 hours or less and they like the less part working at such fast passes and all so the managers get bonuses and they will send you home talking about not enough work when other people will be staying for 4 hours or more. But if you like feeling like you've worked 8 hours in 2 then this is the place for you.
The ONLY reason I’m leaving one star is because 0 stars isn’t an option, their delivery driver claims to have stopped at my place to deliver a package, their clearly signed card was on my front door and I was home, he never stopped but claimed to have stopped, lousy customer service people are vague and sketchy at best, why anyone uses FedEx to ship packages is beyond my comprehension level, horrible company, lame service all around!
Driver slammed a package marked fragile into the ground in the back yard. Never verified address or went to the front. Have a damaged product due to a driver being incompetent.
I was a fedex driver. Underpaid for the hours I worked. (70ish hrs only made 750 a week) (150 daily salary)
My instructions were to leave it at the back door. Because the driver had a brain. He left it on the front porch. Kept it from getting wet. Great job! Thank you!
I, too, would give negative stars if I could. I have been waiting for a package for almost 3 weeks now. The tracking number says delivery exception, I can not see why this is the case. We have received other packages without issues for these last few weeks. When I call the number, it is to a call center, and all they do is read to me what I can read on the travel history. I am expecting this shipment from a large company, and I can not make any headway on receiving this package. Can someone just tell me when I will get it, or where I can pick it up.so frustrating!
Beautiful day here, mud 50s and sunny. My son received his 2 orders today via FedEx, 2 different drivers and times today, yet my FedEx package is being delayed due to weather. Driver must of been blinded by sunshine.
Been waiting for a package for a week. It was delayed twice. Was suppose to be delivered today so I took off of work and now delayed another 2 days. Asked if I could just pick it up, since it’s 15 minutes from my house and of course I can’t do that. So i still have to wait again. Not very happy. Amazon has next day delivery. Why is this taking so long?
Horrible! My package never comes on time. It always 2 or 3 days late. My tracking always says weather delays delivery not attempt. We have no reason to have a weather delay.
We have 7-8 packages sitting on a FedEx vehicle for delivery. Made a claim, the status got updated to out for delivery and the delivery hasn't shown up for a few days. I get we just had some snow 4/5 days ago but I don't understand the reason for the delay and lack of being able to call the hub directly. I'd gladly come get my stuff and lighten the load. It's getting to the point I might as well contact the retailers and ask for a refund.
If I could give a negative star I would! FedEx your company is pitifully sad! Not only am I fighting for a package that was delivered to someone else's home and not mine. I am still waiting for my other packages that were supposed to come today, received a messages that they were leaving the terminal and out for delivery. Literally watched the FedEx truck drive past my house! Then I got a message that my packages are delayed! Get your company together!
