FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, King of Prussia PA

I use this FedEx office as it's close to my work office. Every time I've been there the team has been very nice and helpful, often telling me multiple shipping options. Most recently I went in with a bunch of stuff to ship to my nieces and nephew to different locations and was struggling to pick the right size boxes. I asked at the desk if someone could help me out and Dale was right on it. She helped arrange the items to measure them and then helped pick the right size boxes and even helped pack them up. I've never felt like I was a lot of trouble or anything there so definitely recommend.

I am opening a cafe and I needed some things printed a particular way. The customer service at this store is awesome! I needed help making copies and the woman there spent so much time helping me! I wish I knew her name but she was so nice and super Thorough!

Very helpful, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the assistance provided. They also let us borrow a dolly to bring the returned item in which was very helpful as it was heavy.

I walked in rather close to close and asked for help making an open/close door sign for our business. Not only did they immediately help me with my order, they offered suggestions so I would get the best quality service. I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes with the new laminated sign for our office, grommets installed, and the suction cup hangers to put the sign on the glass door of our shop. I’ve grown up in King of Prussia and have come here for many years for help with office signage and supplies as well as for sporadic printing services. I’m always met with a smile.

Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure the print quality is exactly what I needed. Handled everything with care and professionalism that impressed me. Definitely will be coming back here for any printing needs.

Visited couple of times to drop off the packages. They are friendly and quick. Great customer service.

Drivers have been stealing packages for months now and it doesn’t look like it’ll end anytime soon. However they are very skilled at avoiding accountability and making it difficult to retrieve “lost” packages. They’ve know of this issue since October/November but haven’t fixed it. Have fun with my sh*t.

So they wouldn’t make my labels and we’ve been coming here for about seven years we have a company account and all still they just were being different John and Jeremy are unprofessional!

I highly recommend this FedEx store. They are so helpful. I live very close to this location so I have gone here frequently - and every single experience has been excellent. They are quick and knowledgeable and they are truly customer first.

It’s the only store I’ll use, for personal and work stuff. When my boss presented me with a huge project and an unreasonable deadline (as in about two hours to finish the project and get it shipped for next day arrival to a client), I went there. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure my project got to the client on time. Not only did they send me an email to confirm that it had arrived, they also left me a voicemail stating that the project had arrive and who had signed for it. They were also incredible when I had to ship my sister’s birthday gift to Switzerland. I brought it in two weeks before it needed to arrive and asked for help. The staff lovingly cared for her gift as if it was something from them to one of their own relatives. And it arrived on my sisters doorstep in four days.
