I came from the 3535 Market st. Philadelphia PA location, that office locked the door at 6: 40 PM whereas it was supposed to closed at 7 PM. I and other people outside have been knocking the door but people inside totally ignored us. I then turned to this location, 2101 Market st. I came in very mad, but the staff in this location treated me very enthusiastically and professionally despite they were about to close shortly. They helped my take the passport picture with professional photographer’s skills, and handle everything very quickly. I needed a digital copy so they put the picture in a flash drive and provided it to me. A much more satisfying experience than I expected.
New FedEx location. Ground floor of the Murano building. Very clean but less space overall compared to the previous location on 20th and Market.
I had a time sensitive printing job and Bernard was kind enough to stay late to make sure it got done on time and was very friendly!
