FedEx Ship Center, Pittsburgh PA

DO NOT USE FEDEX! I shipped out my package to head to another state a week ago! Still sitting here a whole 7 days later never left the state an all of a sudden they don’t know where it is. Fedex is a joke do not use!

I have shipped docs and packages with them multiple times. I have had a great experience every time. Today was the best. Sheila was kind enough to suggest the proper packaging option for the size of my documents using her experience of complaints from previous customers. This is what I call excellent customer service.

Went to pick up package that was supposed to be there after 1pm on Saturday.
But driver didn't return till 2: 30pm.
Oh well, I still got it.
Nice customer representative.

Worst experience of my life. Absolutely the rudest supervisor. Not willing to resolve the situation and combative with her explanation of what I was told on FedEx 800 number.

Employees were polite and helpful, although FedEx has increased its prices on shipping. When compared to the US Postal Service, there is no comparision. USPS prices cannot be beat.

Waited all day for my package that said it was arriving today for me to find out it was not even on the truck. Who is this to blame? Can an adult in Fedex please fix this. This has happened multiple times! I don’t have time to sit at home all day for this nonsense!

Horrible the delivery people don’t care. They just piss off their job and do a half as job. Don’t waste time putting in contact info for delivery they aren’t going to call you. If you live in a secure building they won’t knock they just write it off as if your not there

FedEx is the best overnight shipping company there is, and this location can handle normal packages to forklift pallets. All my years in business, and in Pittsburgh i will go nowhere else for my important shipments.

The people here are so kind and courteous! If I miss a package, it's never a big deal to pick it up from these guys! Thank you FedEx Ship Center!

I regularly ship reptiles and fish via FedEx, and the woman who accepts my packages in the evening is amazing. I appreciate the level of care she shows for my animals on their journey to their new home.

Closest FedEx pickup facility is an hour from me. Please people for the love of God use UPS when you ship goods. If FedEx can't keep up, they're gonna get left behind.

Was able to pick up my package after I missed a delivery. It was the wrong address on the package. They created a profile for me so that the mistake wouldn't happen again.
