22If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. Worst place ever. Never ever going to ship through FedEx again because of this place. My package has been sitting here for over 2 weeks and now I’m having FedEx open an investigation on whether my package was lost or stolen by this facility. Cannot express how upset I am into words. -10000000/10
I have scanned through the reviews and what is evident is a lot of frustration because Fedex delivered the package quickly to the Fedex Smart Post facility and then it just sat there for days. No doubt everyone understands the cost savings by handing off the package to the local Post Office for final delivery. What might be helpful would be for Fedex and the United States Postal Service to explain in detail why the packages take so long to be delivered once they are at the Fedex Smart Post facility. Here is your chance. Why?
It is taking more than 2 weeks to get a package from California to New York.
I attempted to call FedEx twice and my call was disconnected both times.
The place did not scan my package in until hours later and then it’s in the wrong place I live about half way across the state and they sent it there and before anyone says don’t choose smart post I had no choice in the matter it was the only shipping option
This is slowest fed ex hub ever packages just sit for days upon days here while they get in and out of other locations fast. Horrible
Package was there for over 5 days before it was deamed lost. By the time I was able to the company to agree to sending a replacement shipment EVERYTHING ordered was out of stock! Now I have a disappointment child who spent money saved they saved for the purchase!
I’m literally UNDER one hour away and it will take 3-5 days to get here. Seriously? My package also got stuck in SmartPost Kansas. Horrible. Never use SmartPost (this is also going to prevent me from shipping FedEx).
Was promised that my package from Newegg would get here on Friday but now it says it's departed and it'll arrive on Tuesday. I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. My other order that came from different locations arrived on time, what's the deal here? So much for waiting. Glad I didn't pay anymore for shipping. LOL
This place is an absolute joke. Anytime I have a package being delivered I know I can expect it to be at least a day or two delayed compared to the "expected" delivery date. It is this locations fault too that it is delayed the "x" amount of days as well. I don't have an issue with any of the other FedEx Facilities during the shipping process nor is there ever an issue with our local post office. They are truly the slowest FedEx Location ever.
Package shipped 3-19 from md 200 miles from me and still not delivered. Now showing delivery for 3-27.really? 10 days to deliver a package 200 miles away? First time using fedex smartpost, never again.has been in 5 fedex locations already and still not dropped off at a usps.crazy
The Clinton PA FED EX Location is horrible and cause my packages to be Late by 1-2 week.and most of my packages come from IL.
When I was Receiving my orders through UPS from the same place they arrived in 3 days. I just don't Understand why it ALWAYS take basicly 2 weeks to get a package.

I do understand that many people have had issues with this HUB, however there are reasons for all of the issues. There are a handful of employees that go above and beyond, however they are unable to fix all of the issues that occur here. Some issues include damaged or lost items. When items are not packaged properly (too small) they could get stuck in the conveyer belt or fall into tight spaces, causing the package to be out of sight, or torn (then sent to QA for repair) Or if there is not enough tape on the box, and all of your items fall out everywhere (causing an eventful day for the QA employees that are trying to fix your package.) Or if there isn't enough protection for the item in the package and it breaks, leaks, causes a mess that shuts down operations until cleaned up. And to the people stating that going through USPS would be faster, our packages DO go through the USPS. The Clinton HUB is just a sorting facility, directing your package to another destination. We are not in charge of delivering to your door. I hope I have cleared some things up, and I invite any questions that you may have for me. Thank you, and I hope to improve your FedEx experience going forward.
My package was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but then its location changed to here and the delivery date was pushed back. I am very disappointed especially considering the fact that this location is 2 hours away from where I live. What's even the point of being allowed to write reviews if FedEx won't even try to improve? I see so many terrible reviews for this location. I find this incompetence to be absolutely appalling. Shame on FedEx. I'll be sure to never use them again.
I ordered something off of Amazon, who usually ships pretty fast, even with the Super Saver Free Shipping whatever. The NorthEast got hit with a pretty big snow storm, so I knew it would take a while to ship.
Saw the reviews saying how slow this FedEx was, and got a bit worried.
EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. The packaged arrived and departed the same day, and I got my package on the expected day. (Well, it arrived at my post office.i had to get it the next day.)
Fed Ex Smart Post has HORRIBLE customer service. I have been told for the 4th time that they are opening an investigation into my package being delivered to the WRONG address. Cannot get through to anyone. Did an online chat on MONDAY and to receive a call back with 3 days. Nope. Called again today and they assured me (for the 4th time) that an investigation will be opened. And they didn't even take any information. So how are they going to investigate if they don't know what happened!
I don’t even know where to start, they should not be in business. Usual shipping time from where I ordered is one day. That was Thursday I guess they causally picked it up Friday ok says I’ll have it Monday. Monday rolls around don’t hear anything tracking number never updates and lies about what happened. Ask for detailed report get detailed report still no explanation why it is now coming Wednesday. Worse service ever I’m complaining to the shipper. The store was two hours away and I have to wait 5 days for it. Absolute garbage. I wish I could give a zero. I truly hope this place goes under
2 hrs from my house and will take 3 days to get my package but the package made it over 500 miles in one day.
Never ever again. Like everyone says, they've been holding my package hostage for days. I'm an hour from Clinton, would have driven there myself if I knew what a joke this was.
My package has been at FedEx Smart Post for 3 days right now. I've ordered a Longboard from eBay.
Is it because all the mail that they get or is it the service someone reply.
10 mins from my house but sends package an hour away then back to my house worst fedex ever its ran by the roaches from MIB
