I have been waiting for an instrument (Micheal Kelly Telecaster) for 5 days, and based off of the reviews, I might not see the instrument for months. I am a teen that doesn't have the money to simply buy another guitar, so Idk what to do. FedEx has also been very unresponsive and annoying to deal with. I am never using FedEx again

I just ordered from 2 different companies that seem to now use "Smartpost" Never heard of it before but the 1at shipment is now at 7 days and has been 2 1/2 hours away from my home for over a day. Arrived and sat in some hole for 24 hrs, then took almost 12 hours to move to another stated away (granted was only a few miles- but still wrong direction) on the day it was supposed to be delivered. The other one which "shipped" a day ago still is "pending". If i ever get these packages I will be contacting the seller to see if there is a more reliable way to ship, even if it costs more. I HIGHLY recommend use of this service if you are buying anything- and the other feedback seems to support this is the norm to expect.
The only good reviews seem to be either questionable accounts or people that work for them so doubt that really can be used as a measure of the quality of service they provide, Recommend using UPS or even the Postal Service (which I can not believe I actually just recommended). The basis of th 2 starts vice 1 is that I still am waiting to see the results of the second shipment, though I have my doubts and wish they had 0 star option or even negative ones for exceptional poor service.

I have never heard of “smartpost” in my life and I don’t know who came up with this but we didn’t ask for it. These people are slower then molasses and provide no solution to any problems. FedEx as a WHOLE just needs to be shut down. They literally can never deliver packages in a decent amount of time. Just sad & pitiful.

Why is it so hard for you to ship packages out? I realize that things are behind but you hold packages entirely too long. Make it make sense PLEASE!

Would give it ZERO stars if I could. It’s just like everyone else said: black hole for packages. I called FedEx customer service and they were also no help at all telling me “wait until tomorrow. ” Clearly this facility is the issue.

My package has been here for nearly a week, with no updates. I was supposed to get it two, nearly three, days ago. Shipping time was supposed to be at max 8 days. What is happening? Apparently I'm not alone.please get it together

Horrible business. My package has been going between this smartpost, and a smartpost in West Virginia, for 2 weeks now. And calling Fed Ex, they pretty much blew me off. I'm starting to think I'm never going to see my package. And wondering if I called the police, if I could report them for basically stealing my package.

I worked their unloading packages for a season and its probably the worst & most dangerous warehouse ive ever worked in.a guy moved a trailer with people in it.two people got their fingers lopped off by the conveyor belts and one guy at a different location lost two.all that over the course of 4 months lol never again.

3 people had their fingers removed by known osha violations in the year that i worked on fedex belts in allentown pa.some men orange vests came and pointed at finger sized gaps in the metal tables over which the belts ran, talked about them, and then never did anything.

Horrible! Item sat at the SmartPost facility in Breinigsville for days before it was transferred to the post office for delivery. If you can avoid using this service, I suggest that you do! Oh, and I only live 10 miles from the delivery center in Breinigsville. Go figure

FedEx unfortunately is never on time. When a customer gets the pleasure of having their package delivered by FedEx, you must be The Flash; meaning you have to run as fast as you can to the door as you have 15 seconds to answer the door before FedEx's well paid drivers flee back to the truck and journey on with your package thus making you jump through hoops before receiving your package.

Horrible! Right down the street from me and they do not allow pickups.
Instead they hand it over to USPS so now I have to wait another 2 day.

Never ever use FedEx smart post it takes for ever to get to where I live, the seller should of stuck with USPS but he switched to FedEx because it was 7 dollars cheaper and he said it would get here QUICKER! Shipped August 9 and today is August 17 and still hasn't arrived!

I was told on the phone by a fedex rep that a package could be dropped off here. Of course not cant be done but when I showed up I was treated like I was there to rob them or somthing. The security guard went and got a manager he chatted on his cell phone, which was a personal call, for several mins before acknowledging me.

Revised my post. Very polite person and they called a week later to say they found my package. STILL not delivered nor the tracking updated. So went from five stars to two. Still hopeful I will get package ordered in NOV

Previously was a one star review. After making a nice bell curve around/away from my house within the state they made a quick handoff to USPS (which always provides decent service) so now they get 3 stars!
