FedEx Supply Chain, West Manchester Township PA

This company runs what some may know as Ginco or Target Distribution Center, which a mass hiring is normally done around the holidays. The pros to this job is the pay ($17.00) during the holiday. The con is having to stand on your feet for 11 hours. That's brutal unless you're use to it, I believe this is what causes fed ex to have such a high turn over rate inspite of whatever incentive they may put in place, because the job itself is fun so the standing was the major down side for me and I'm sure it is for others as well.

On July 25 one of your employees Aisha Banks assaulted a pregnant woman in front of her home. Later that night the pregnant woman she assaulted had to rush to the hospital to have an emergency c-section. A police report has been filed against Aisha Banks.

Not a good work environment. Short breaks, long hours, and sometimes you get to work just to find out they are sending everyone home.

This is currently my place of employment. I am overall happy with the environment. Just a lot of talk and drama between coworkers that needs to be avoided. Focus on your job and you'll be fine.

Worked here as security and left three weeks. Security is bad no sense or respect to each other and no respect to chain of command. The employees are very nasty. Its like a pig trough in the bathroom or certain places in the building. Yo may feel the needs to wear a hazmat suite to work there with some mental pills.

Scam they take your bonus and bs you about it and to top it off they only paid me for orientation and not the time I spent at the facility and didn't give me the bonus when they sent me 2 pay stubs but only gave me 1 check I need to get a lawyer to prove to them that they can't do people this way

One of the most massive Warehouse I've seen FedEx is becoming one of the most largest Logistics companies in the world good job keep it up.

This was opened later than the others and we were able to ship our box at our own convenient time after work

Everything about this place is an absolute joke. Do not work here. Even if you’re desperate, I’d rather live on the streets then work at this place full of disrespectful people.

Management Sucks! Most people dont like to work and they're always complaining, and well they have a reason. They dont make people feel like the warehouse is more important then your safety.

Great work environment. Aside from some people who can't follow basic rules and don't have good work ethic and like to complain about being there for work. Other than that it's a well paying easy job.: ]

Security guards stealing iPads. If you’re going to steal, work here because even the security steals.

The picking is unorganized, high up, cramped, hot, etc. The management sucks! They are rude, unorganized, and don't care for the people working there. Also the equipment is always broken. Its 10 hour days, and it sucks! You have to run the qhole time going up and down stairs changing your bins every time. The bins wheels are most likely broken also. Lastly.people steal, cause trouble, and fight outside the building.

Good pay but you have to walk too much i used to work partime 5 hours as a picker none stop walking and they hire to many people for the holidays and then there is no enought parking for the employes

Used to work at this location. The money is good, management is horrible, there is no structure, no organization, there's wayyyy too many people working in the building, if you want a decent parking spot, you HAVE to get here almost 2 hours early. The other problem, is during their "Peak" time of year, they hire nearly 3000 employees. And they request that anyone who works here as a temp, to use the shuttle buses, as the parking lot cannot sustain the amount of employees.

There are people of other cultures working here, 95% of them are disrespectful​, rude, ignorant, they'll cut you off in the parking lot, and key your car. If you leave behind a jacket or sweatshirt on the work area, expect it to get stolen, they write all over the bathroom walls, if they don't like you they'll get 40 of their friends to lie and make something up about you, to get you into trouble.

If I had to choose between working here and at Walmart, I'd choose Walmart. If OSHA were to make a surprise visit, the amount of violations OSHA would find at this facility, is ridiculous. Most supervisors have never been a supervisor before working here, and have zero experience as a supervisor. The team leads haven't a clue as how to actually perform a lead role.

Only benefit to working here, good money, and you always work 4 days, and have off 3 days. The health and dental benefits are pretty decent as well. You do end up working 10 hour shifts, but the only two shifts that get off thu, fri and sat are first and second shift. Now also, during their "Peak" time of year, you cannot take off from October to mid January, because of how insanely busy it gets.

So basically, if you want great pay, apply here. If you want respect, great management, and to build a career, I do not recommend this place to start a career. It's another dead end job.

They treat the employee like garbage very disorganized. The only good thing is the pay other than that. I won't recommend working here

Great work opportunities good pay in a great company to work for love all the Staffing and, crew!

There are at least 2 staffing agencies on site that hire for Genco. No one is concerned about the employees though. Security is very high inside the building to see nothing is stolen by anyone employed there but employees' personal property and safety is not important to Genco or the staffing agencies.
