Fello's Towing, Reading PA

Too expensive for a short distance tow. I was literally 5 blocks away from my mechanics but my car had a suspension lock they wanted $85 for 5 blocks. Went with Matos Towing only charged me $65 for the tow.thankyou.

I waited all day for them to show up and they never did. If you want reliable towing, call someone else.

Called 2 days about a tow and they never got back to me. I know they are working because the truck passes my house every day

Called for a tow.
My car was up on the bed of their truck within 20 minutes after I hung up the phone with them.

Great service, excellent communication, great price. I hope I don't need them again, but I'll definitely use them again if I do.

2 and a half hours waiting on the shoulder of the highway for a tow. (Estimated time of arrival was 60 minutes)
They wouldn't answer phone calls until about a half hour before they showed up.

The driver that showed up was nice enough, but their dispatch / whoever runs this place needs to sort some things out.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I called for a tow. They were very polite. I told them i was at home and would need to take the bus to get to my truck. The guy said he would give me ride so i didnt have to take the bus. I was very happy for this. He said he would pick me up in an hour. 3 in a half hours later he never showed up. I called.didnt answer. Left a message.didn't call back. Texted him.didnt answer. I called Nenes towing. They actually met me there in an hour. If you need a tow call Nenes.
