Excellent, wonderful service by this great Auto Body Shop - CONSISTENTLY, over the past 11 years! I live on a BUSY street and have been hit by DUI's several times and just 10 days ago, in the SavaLot parking lot; hit and run. Donna Fenza and Miss Lilianne are THE most knowledgeable about auto insurance claims and laws!
Terrific service all the way around!

Donna and her team were thorough and timely. I had body work done through insurance and Donna guided me through every step of the process. The work was done quickly, properly and at a very reasonable cost. They have been in the business for a very long time so they are a shop you can trust!

Great service, the car looked like it came from the dealership. Donna helps in all possible ways, from filing a claim to get set up with a rental car. Awesome experience and very competitive prices.

Donna is the best when it comes to customer assistance! Not only will she help you with the insurance claim, she will also assist you when it comes to dealing with the insurance companies. There are many tricks that the insurance company try to pull along with statements you can make that will cause you to be at fault for your claim. Donna not only assisted me with the repairs, but also wrote up a script for me on how to answer the claim representative. Donna has a paper that shows what tricks the insurance companies try to pull along with how to respond to it. The repairs itself were amazing! It looks like there was never any damage at all. The insurance company told me the repairs should take 2-3 weeks and in the end, Donna made sure I got my car back no later than 1 week. Donna plays no games with the insurance companies or when it comes to repairs. She even detailed my car herself after it was repaired. All in all, if I ever need repairs done again, the only place I am going is Fenza's Autobody. 10/10, would definitely use again!

Ms. Donna always does her best with providing the best customer service. My car was damaged and they were able to fix my car back to brand new condition. I highly recommend this shop.

The best auto body repair shop I've ever dealt with. Over 60 years of experience at the same location, so you know what you're getting every time. I highly recommend Donna and her team to anyone. They always go above and beyond, and customers are always satisfied.

My husband's SUV was involved in a rear end collision. We did not think twice about choosing Fenza's Auto Body as the place to have the repair work performed. The level of expertise and quality of their work was perfect. Timing and completion of their work was impeccable! Gary and Tony worked magic on our vehicle to get it back into like new condition. And not to forget the abundance of assistance in putting together the paper work and insurance claim, Donna is truly amazing. This family run business will not disappoint anyone who needs auto body work.

Just got off the phone with a lady. Nice enough, but gave me the run around about fixing my vehicle because we were out of pocket as opposed to an insurance claim.

1st, let me start by saying I never leave reviews.ever, but in this instance I felt compelled to do so. I got into an accident on the 11th of November coming home from work. Not my fault and the guy took full responsibility.geico was his insurance company. They told me to take the car to the dody shop of my choice and I picked Fenzas because it was close and had great reviews.
My car was totalled so I cannot comment on the work they do. What I can say is Donna is an incredible person. I had no idea how slimy the insurance business is. She walked me through every step of the way. Told me how they would come at me, how they would low ball their offer and how I should respond to them. She was point blank right about everything that she told me. She did not make a penny off the deal. (Other than negotiated break down and put back cost) but still took care of me like I was a long time customer and friend. She spent hours on the phone when she did not have to, countless emails and she documented everything, and I mean everything. To be honest she is one woman that you do not want to mess around with. And I mean that in a good way because she was on my side. The adjuster was playing games after the release of my car was signed, and they received the title. That was more than a week ago. Something I was told that only takes 24 hours. They tried to make it out that the auto body shop was holding up my check. I called Donna, explained what was going on. She said she would give them a call. The adjuster called me back not less than 10 minutes later to let me know everything was good. I surely do not know what she said but I had an email with a link to claim my check via direct deposit within 10 minutes of her phone call. She is meticulous in her record keeping and no nonsense. I just personally want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for getting this matter resolved and taking care of me the way she did. I hope I never have to but I will be going there for all my automotive needs from now on. The stress she took off my. I can't thank her enough. Thanks again Donna. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Fenza’s is a phenomenal auto shop! I had Extensive damage to my vehicle and Donna and her team repaired it in about 4 weeks. They kept me updated every step of the way and gave top tier customer service! I definitely recommend them!
