Extremely pleased with my experience at Ferguson King of Prussia. Allison helped me navigate through the selection process for my master bathroom remodel. I gave her some basic ideas of what I liked and what I hoped for in the bathroom and she was excellent at making suggestions for fixtures and keeping things focused, as the options were plentiful and I am easily distracted. The finished results were perfect and Allison’s guidance on the fixtures played a large part! Highly recommend Ferguson and Allison!

Megan Trinkoff is a phenomenal consultant. She was very supportive and knowledgeable when assisting us. Furthermore, when we needed help post project - her willingness to assist was really helpful and appreciated. Her colleague Andrea was great too. Ferguson as a premium high end supplier clearly stands behind their products. Megan embodies genuine customer focus!

I have been in touch with two Ferguson locations, one in Lansdale and the other in King of Prussia. In both instances I ran into incorrect information regarding their store hours. I called the King of Prussia store and was told they were open Monday through Saturday and I could walk in without an appointment. I specifically asked about this. I drove an hour on Saturday and according to the information on their front door they listed Saturday hours as opening at 10: 00 AM, no mention of needing an appointment When I arrived about 11: 00 am the door was locked and yet I saw a couple of people inside, so I kept ringing the door bell. There was no sign on the door to indicate otherwise. Finally after 5 minutes a woman answered and said they were closed to walk ins on Saturday but open Monday through Friday, why they could not tell me this on the phone is well beyond me. I can not make it on those days and I am looking to do a bathroom and a kitchen did not think they would turn up their nose at that but they did. I just wanted to see their products. She told me I had to have an appointment, which would have been nice if they had mentioned that on the phone. I will not return there, nor would I recommend them.if they cannot get their store information correct, why would I think they would get an expensive order correct. Totally lost confidence in them.

NOTE: You have to have an appointment to shop in this store. They don't list that particular information, just that masks and temp checks are required. I drove 40 minutes only to see signs at the parking area saying appointment only. Called inside and explained but too bad so sad. Poor form. Appointment only is fine but don't you think that should be the first thing listed in the description of your store?

Absolute WORST customer service. My contractor and I were disappointed time after time and my project ended up costing me several thousand more dollars because of delays and inaccuracies caused by our showroom consultant. If you absolutely can't find anywhere else to go, make sure you do not get paired with Robert Jones!

Nice showroom even despite the current renovations underway. Good COVID protocols. Friendly, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable representatives (Allison was great!).

I brought my client to Ferguson and we met with Chelsea. I was immediately impressed with Chelseas warmth but no nonsense approach. She was able to guide us through the showroom and direct us to exactly what we looking for so easily and effortlessly. As a designer, I know this only happens when you have a salesperson who is fully engaged with the client and who also has a passion for the product. Chelsea was able to talk about all the product effortlessly which made us feel confident about our decisions.

Throughout the process, Chelsea has been a really great partner. Because of the craziness around covid, and all the challenges that brings, Chelsea and I were able to put together the product mix my client needed based upon her specific timing needs. And, believe me, that was a challenge that a few ran away from.

Because of our wonderful experience with Chelsea, my client insisted we come back to Ferguson for the project added second bathroom renovation. Of course, Chelsea is there for us, whatever we need.

Chelsea exudes everything that Ferguson should aspire to be. If you could clone her, Ferguson would take over the industry.

OK, nothing more fun than a bathroom renovation and shopping for bathroom fixtures during a pandemic. We were told by our contractor to go to Ferguson rather than the big box stores. We made an appointment with Megan Trinkoff in KOP. What a pleasant and helpful person. She took the time to show us and help us through he process. She sent material via internet, multiple phone calls and internet meetings to make sure we made the proper purchase. She made the process easy. On the day of delivery we had a minor glitch and when we called she walked us through it. It was our mistake. I cannot say enough nice things about her professionalism and attention to detail. And, the delivery driver was so very helpful and nice. Just a great experience.

During a recent renovation, we worked with Chelsea at Ferguson. Her knowledge of their product lines was extensive. When we did encounter a small snag, she was quick to help us to get it resolved. I highly recommend Ferguson and especially Chelsea.

The products were great quality but their customer service is terrible. Not one person greeted us, asked if we needed help or said they would be with us shortly. I walked up to the front desk and the woman did not even look up at me until I said hello after a few seconds. When I asked for help she said everyone was busy and she "may" be able to get me help in a little while. Not once did I see her ask a sales person to help us. We wound up walking out after waiting even though we had 2 sinks we wanted to buy on the spot. I would rather spend my money somewhere that has good customer service.

I recently had an issue with the water pump on my new KitchenAid dishwasher and the service that I received from the showroom was truly exceptional. Allison helped me through the warranty claim and showed a very positive attitude throughout the entire process. The repair was made within a week or so and we have had no issues since. I must say that the whole thing was a very positive experience!

We purchased a Thermador 36” “Freedom” induction cooktop and Best “Cattura” downdraft to replace a 28 year old electric cooktop. Sales rep Alison Pignato was excellent. She was knowledgeable, thorough and patient as we decided what to buy. She was a pleasure to work with. Their installer, Rick, is the best appliance installer we have ever encountered (we have renovated three kitchens and purchased 4 different cooking appliances in four different houses). He was highly competent, friendly, courteous, sincere and remarkably diligent. He cares about doing an A+ job! I’d clone him if I could.

Ferguson Showroom King of Prussia has the rudest people in the world. Beautiful showroom lots to look at never get any help. When we finally got someone she was very rude and acted as of we were truly bothering her.
The girl stared at us like there is something wrong with us, she listen to not one thing we had to say.
Then she had the audacity to hand us her card and told us to give her a call to make an appointment when she had more time. Really I don't think so. I'll go somewhere else or to another Ferguson before I go back to the Ferguson in King of Prussia. Oh yeah I saw your ad in the paper it's hilarious. Didn't find one friendly person there or anyone that
was interested. You're clearly not going to get any attention unless you have an appointment which should be mentioned up front therefore not a very customer friendly environment.
