We recently had air conditioning installed by Ferguson. From start to finish, this was a pleasant experience! The office staff, owners, and installers were all professional, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer our questions. They came over a week after the installation to ensure that things were functioning properly, to go over warranty information, and address our questions or concerns. This was AFTER we had paid. To me, it shows that they truly care about their customers and want to ensure our happiness with their service. I highly recommend using this company!
