Wasn't a bad place. Got in and out before my appointment time. So that's always a good thing as a truck driver

Checked in yesterday and I had two load locks after closing my doors I realized I’m missing one of them when I talked to them the guy who were inside the building said they probably put at the beginning.it turns out that they took it and probably selling it around $5.

Really, what's the point of an appointment to unload if you're going to wait hours anyway

And when I ask about the delay, 1 shift blames another

Picked up a load from here up to Wilkes-Barre, where they rejected six cases of tictacs as overage. After waiting ALL DAY (delivered 07: 30, finished unloading 11: 30, waited until 17: 30 to find out what do do with the tictacs), I was finally told bring them back to the shipper the next morning at 8am.

So I got here at 07: 30 and the “operations manager” is saying they can’t accept them because I don’t have an appointment and I need to drop the trailer and wait until MONDAY. For SIX CASES OF TICTACS.

I told him DUDE, I can carry them into the building from this guard shack MYSELF in ONE TRIP, problem solved, game over! He says nope, that’s not the correct procedure.

Off the beaten path. Check in at guard shack (need your D. L). They will tell you what yard to drop your trailer or dock to back up to. We backed into a dock instead of dropping trailer. At the same time they will assign you an empty trailer to pick up. Very new/clean/huge DC. Staff are nice and helpful. Plenty of room to maneuver and dock. Guard shack will also give you your paperwork! Sorry no pics!

Excellent experience.
Everything went very fast.
Between check in, remove seal. You go to the door
Then you put your boll's inside the trailer and just wait for the green light to leave the facility;
1 hour maximum

I don't know why you say it's not good here, but I think it's really good, the environment is beautiful, the staff is very nice, the loading is fast, the staff who loaded me also prayed for me before loading, one hour Just finished loading!

I don't know why, but it took eight hours to load.
Convenient parking.
You can't stay overnight.

Not good for unloading, they take to much time and also at security gate they are slow I recomend come in 1 hour before your appt.
