We used the drop off service and choose the 48-hour option, which has the lowest rate. You can also choose same-day or 24-hour service. We were happy with the service we received.

It's bright and pretty. There are tables and chairs. When we dropped off our laundry on a Thursday it wasn't very busy, but when we picked up on Saturday afternoon it seemed quite busy.

I spent $60 and I don't wash well, the dryers don't heat, don't come, it's my first and last time here

Staff is fantastic, came here for the first time and was kinda clueless, George saw me struggling and helped me out. Extremely friendly staff!

I just moved to lancaster and George help me out so well show me how to load my card even assisted me to which washer would be the best for all the loads I had rock on brother thanks

Great place to get your laundry done. They are pretty good with drop off service, though I don't speak from experience. I prefer to do my own laundry. And I prefer to do that here.

Kid area is absolutely disgusting. Went there with my kids and the tables had residue from previous children. Floors desperately need to be swept and mopped. TV has no volume since they “lost the remote”. The kids play area is a huge reason why i decided to come here since i have 2 babies but it was a huge disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend to families with children at all.

The girls that work there are amazing. Nice, attentive, and helpful. Always a clean facility. My favorite laundromat.

Recently our dryer broke and I was bummed about having to do to a laundromat again. Now I seriously look forward to "Festiva Fridays" The staff is so very helpful (Jeanie (sp?) and Sylvia) and the place is immaculate. Can't wait until next week!

Best laundromat I have ever been in. Very clean. Friendly staff. They don't use coins fir the machines, instead they use their own reloadable debit cards, makes thing very convenient

I go there on a regular basis to do my laundry. Very clean, plenty of washers and dryers, attendants are always there & very friendly + helpful. There are several vending machines: some with snacks, sodas, & one with laundry items. They have free wifi and several TV's with a different channel on each one.

Amazing service and great price for wash and fold! We just moved out of Lancaster and so sad we won’t be near here anymore!

Really like going to this laundromat, the prices are awesome and they actually get my closed very bright and smell amazing for days. The staff are also very nice and attentive.

Sundays are a really busy time. The laundromat is clean along with the equipment. I did not see mold in the washers and during the time I was there the staff was cleaning the facility.

Came here for the first time in the wee hours of the morning. Probably like 2: 30 a.m. There was a woman at the front desk that was absolutely fantastic. Answered all of my questions, helped me load money onto my card, was friendly and patient. I didn’t catch her name but I eventually asked her if the laundry mat belonged to her because of how helpful she was and seeing how hard she was working around the laundry Matt while I was washing my clothes. Buffing the floor and always walking around and being helpful to anyone who needed it. It was a woman of mixed complexion. Possibly Hispanic or African American. Black hair tied in a ponytail. I just want her to get the credit she deserves. Forgive any incorrect or offensive description.
