Fetrow Insurance has always been very helpful, and accommodating to me. Susan in particular was extremely helpful! She called me in July to inform me of ways we could drastically reduce my premiums for the next year, WITHOUT reducing any of my coverage. She told me that she'd contact me going into the new year with a quote, and true to her word, she did. I saved a lot of money from that process! Thank You Susan and Fetrow Insurance!

I spoke to agent Clark berry who was unwilling to provide me with an insurance quote after i answered the necessary questions. Apparently he doesn't know the ABCs of always be closing. I then asked for another employee and partner Alan fetrow was more than willing to provide me with proper customer service I closed eith Alan based mostly on the final price of the insurance but was also pleased with his customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paul was so horrible that he hung up the phone when I called in for a quote. Someone need to teach him professionalism. STAY AWAY, BEWARE!

Superb client service! Alan Fetrow was incredibly responsive (and empathetic) after a deer struck our vehicle during an out-of-state vacation. We had an adjuster on the phone within minutes of speaking with Mr. Fetrow. I heartily recommend his agency for home, auto, & umbrella coverage.

Years ago when Ed Fetrow headed the office, he would contact his customers annually to either increase or reduce their insurance coverage based on individual need. He did this to keep his customers informed and also to educate them on the best type (s) of insurance for their current life style. (As you well know, no one realizes how much, or how good, their insurance is until they actually need to use it.)

After Ed retired, Erie began years of annual renewals by mail which included a standard, percentage based policy increase and newsletter. The personal contact disappeared, but our needs did not.

There is no substitute for the type of customer service Ed provided my family and his customers for decades e.g, college, marriage, 1st home, children additional vehicles as well as recreational vehicles. Maintaining good, adequate insurance thru these stages of life is of utmost importance.

However, it's a new day and the reason (s) we referred so many customers to Ed have all but disappeared.

In summary, Fetrow Insurance Associates has always served our family well. The only thing they lack now is that personal, caring approach to insurance which resulted in so many referrals. Who knows, maybe Ed would be willing to sacrifice a few days of retirement to help re-instill that personal touch in his younger staff.
