Fiamma Italian Grill, Bethlehem PA

I have been to Fiamma many times over the last several years. The food is always amazing, and the portion sizes are very generous. I always have enough leftovers for 1 to 2 additional meals. As others have mentioned, the tables are fairly close together and because of this the restaurant tends to be quite loud. I don't particularly mind this but others may. My biggest disappointment the last two times (both after the re-opening after the fire) has been the service. The first, we had made a reservation for 2 and werenot seated until about 40 minutes after ourt reservation time. The the waitress took our order and got our drinks, but after 10 or 15 minutes still had not brought our complimentary bread. We were starving by that time, and I had to flag down a circulating manager to ask for bread, since we couldn't find our waitress. They did, without asking, comp our dessert, which was nice. This past weekday, our family (me, my husband, and our 3.5 year old son) went for Father's Day dinner. This time we were promptly seated at our reservation time, which was good with a toddler with a limited attention span. We ordered one appetizer and our meals and then waited. And waited. About 30-40min after we ordered our waitress came and let us know the kitchen was behind, and we asked for our salads if the appetizer was going to be more than 2 more minutes or so. At this point our toddler was hungry and cranky, and it was a race against time. About 5 minutes later they finally brought our appetizer out. However, about 3 minutes after our appetizer came out they brought our entrees.without having even brought out our salads and before we had finished our app. I asked them to bring my husband's and mine back, and to bring out our salads (I had them leave my son's because he was hungry and cranky at this point). We only spent about 15 minutes eating before we had to have them pack everything up because after almost 1.5 hours of sitting in a restaurant our toddler couldn't sit still anymore. They did send us with free cannolis for the inconvenience, but what they really should have done was brought out our salads before our app if they knew the kitchen was running behind (or rather the app station, the entrees were ready in a reasonable amount of time). Our waitress was younger, and maybe didn't have the most experience, but I feel like the waitresses need to be better instructed and pay more attention to detail to improve the dining experience.

The staff is very friendly and the food. I've never had "to go" dinners that were this hot when arriving home and absolutely excellent! Can't wait to try their outdoor dining!

We were visiting for a basketball tournament and took a chance. Home run! You’re greeted with a warm and friendly vibe. The owner went out of her way to find us a seat and came back to talk to us later. It is family owned and you can tell just by the care put into every piece of your dining experience. The food was delicious, the bartender was a sweetheart, and I will return there 200% anytime I am in the area! It makes me wish we lived there so we could go all the time!

My gnocchi and marinara sauce was burned and inedible. I expected homemade gnocchi but was disappointed. The service was great for our party of 10. The garlic knots were delicious. The place is quite small and loud. Parking is a challenge.

Food was good. Atmosphere was not great. Having 2 rows of tables in between the booths allowed very little space. Servers couldn't always squeeze through. Maybe they were short on servers the day we went because our poor waitress had more tables than she could handle. We didn't even try dessert, we just wanted to leave. Maybe I will try takeout next time.

Delicious! Home of the 1 lb meatball. Amazing Italian food with a huge variety. All fresh ingredients. Friendly owner staff. Amazing service! Andy provided us with amazing service. We met Joe, the owner who was very friendly and sweet. Reasonable prices. We will definitely be back?

Had Father's Day dinner with Family and friends. Had amazing huge portions of food. Lovely drinks. Reasonably priced for the huge portions. They have homemade garlic rolls while you wait for your meal to be prepared.

We had my Mother’s Day dinner at Fiamma last night, and I had been looking forward to it for several weeks. We waited over an hour for our food, only for the kitchen manager to tell me they were out of meatballs and made the substitution of giving me a giant meatball instead. They didn’t ask if that’s what I wanted, rather made the substitution before asking. When I told them I’d rather have meat sauce, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. In an hour and 20 minutes, our drinks were refilled once. By that time, my child had become bored and we asked them if they could pack up our food for us to take home. They put the food in small containers and by the time we got home it had leaked everywhere. Poor service, and a disappointing experience to a place we loved. Sadly, I don’t think we will be back. Food is very good, but experience was poor.

Food is excellent, some of the best italian in the area. Unfortunately the service can be hit or miss depending on when you go. We sat down at 4: 30 and ordered our food right away as we normally do when we have our young kids with us, but didn’t get our food until 5: 50. There was a bigger party there just before us and this place clearly cannot handle a large party without sacrificing the service of everyone else. It’s disappointing because we love their food so much, but I’ve never eaten at a restaurant where one large party ruins the experience for everyone else. There were other annoyed tables near us as well, and the tables are tightly packed together so it’s very easy to feel the vibe of surrounding tables. If I ever go again and see a big party in the room I’ll turn around and go somewhere else before I wait that long again.

Excellent nice to see young family's business with above average food and servers were all great especially theyoung lady that seat us

Loud and Crowded like a big family! We enjoyed everything we ordered! We ate too much garlic bread we barely put a dent in our pasta. But we will enjoy a second dinner tonight.

Some of the best Italian food I've had in the valley. Unfortunately the dining area is very packed together.

Wonderful service, our waitress Morgan recommended delicious food and really enhanced our dining experience. Would definitely recommend.

I would give zero stars if possible. I was hyped up to go here as I love Italian food but the service and food was horrendous.

So. I got a salad. I found 2 different types of hair in my salad. I pointed it out to my server. Management took half off of my meal. They should have taken it all off. We will not return. Hopefully the kitchen staff covers their hair from here in

Morgan had amazing recommendations and made sure we had an excellent experience. The food was fresh and the portions are huge! Great place to visit!
