Chris is the real deal! He asked about my fitness goals and put together a plan to make it happen. Even when a wrist injury (unrelated) put me out, we pivoted the plan and I was still able to progress towards my goals. If you don’t know where to get started and want help. Heck, even just someone to encourage you, Chris is the guy. Great friend and even better trainer.

I just had my first session with Chris and it was great! First we discussed my goals, medical history etc. Then I went through the workout session and he kept me motivated the entire time. I’m very excited about continuing my fitness journey with him.
