Want today for last minute nail and feet done on website and on window hours are til 9pm the open sign was still on and they told me that the was closed and couldnt give me service. I felt very offended due to there was other customers still there getting they feet done. It's not my regular nail shop but I been her a couple times just want a quick pedi for vacation. Asked lady for name to make a complaint and she was very rude stated Manger was not available and didn't give me mangers name either. I felt discriminated due to my color of my skin. I was very upset Sue to my 8 year old son having to witness this. Whole way home him asking my question about the way a Individual was so rude and nasty towards me when the sign still said open. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have referred many people here. Today we came in at 7: 45pm as we always do. It was not crowded with only 2 people getting pedicures and 2 having nails done. When we walked in the girl whom Identified herself as Nerlee looked past us for about 5 minutes before getting another nail tech to come up and ask can we come back tomorrow they are closed! She then turned and walked away. Confused I stated that I thought that the timings were 9pm and that is when the young lady Nerlee stated that they are tired and they are closing early and she was not going to service my husband and I. At that moment 2 very kind nail techs stood up and said please pick your color, I responded by saying that the young lady said they were closed and they said no they are not. Nerlee then continued to harass me very aggressively laughing saying that I am mad, and she told me they were closed I told her that business hours are posted on line that they close at 9pm and the disrespect that was presented by her is a direct reflection of the business she continued to be rude and I did what any BLACK young lady could have done and took the high road, I asked for her name and for 10 minutes she refused to give it to me until one of the other nail techs was about to tell me. I told her that racial profiling is canceled and she should not let her personal views dictate how a business is ran. I run a business and understand that days can be draining and grueling but my customers always come first. I left with another BLACK customer who walked out with me and stated that she was disgusted with that behavior and even though she had been coming there for a decade now refuses to come and spend her hard earned money in a place that views US this way. I will also not be returning and letting the dozens of referrals that I have given over the years my recent experience. FIJI NAILS IS CULTURALLY CANCELLED FOR ME.

Horrible pedicure. Barely scrub the foot. Cut my skim around the big toe. Store was clean but I like to feel a little pressure.

This was first time visiting this nail salon. I was taken right away. A plus, however the first chair was dirty, so she moved me to another chair. The pedicure was subpar. I had to keep telling her how to cut my toenails down. You can clearly see that they were uneven. She didn't scrape my heels good. Once, I was sitting to dry my nails, she asked if I wanted to pay now or afterwards. I pulled out my card while drying and she had the nerve to ASK ME do I need change. I said what from a card? She said for my tip I looked at her and said if you don't go run my card and bring it back. I usually have cash for these type of visits. Today is my birthday and I was going to give her a nice tip. But the subpar service and audacity of asking a customer if they will tip is a bold move. HOW DARE YOU! Ask yourself was your service worth a tip? I have never been asked that EVER! The only thing that I liked is that they use a liner in the bowl. Never again!

These ladies are hard working, have attention to detail, and make u feel so comfortable. Clean and efficient. Overall a great experience I would recommend u try it and make it ur forever Spa like I did. Stay beautiful and keep that good energy.

If you’re looking for nail art this is not the place. Even if you show them the picture they will still mess it up. The ATM doesn’t work often. The customer service is slow and horrible. After receiving bad customer service the lady ASKED me for a tip. A tip is for good service and you’re not supposed to ask for a tip. Also, they will get smart with you if you’re not satisfied with your nail service.
