Final Cut Steakhouse reviews
11I have gone there many times each time service has gotten worse. Last time tried to get table all tables where open in bar they told me you cant get any they had a reservation that was over and hour away.
Absolutely fantastic and fresh foods and service. The cuisine and experience is definitely worth the money. My daughter and I had the bone-in ribeye and they were cooked to perfection. Do not miss the bacon or grilled oyster appetizers and safe room for the peach tarte. The peach tarte was the best I've ever had, focused on the infused peaches and cinnamon ice cream instead of the bread like most recipes.
Wonderful food and service. Highly recommend for a great dining experience. We were welcomed and treated like special guests.
My husband and I wanted to try a fine dinning for our anniversary. They are to be known for their steaks, my husband’s steak did not have a good flavor for the price that we had to pay. Later that night my husband became very ill. I’ve had better at our local hometown steakhouse. Our service was just okay. We don’t mind paying for great food and service but this experience was far from even good. I would not recommend Final Cut Steakhouse. We will not be back.
Our steaks were excellent. The pretzel bread was also amazing. I loved that they have a full bar with a traditional menu. I was able to get a grasshopper and a new pumpkin seasonal drink that was a specialty drink. We could really tell that the chef was a real chef. The fact that the steaks were cooked perfectly says something. A haphazardly cooked steak is my biggest pet peeve. Especially if I'm paying for the quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fancy evening with a semi casual dress code.
It’s currently 4: 00 AM. Yesterday I took my husband to Final Cut to celebrate his birthday. I knew it would be expensive, but hey, we were celebrating, right? Our server was excellent, the food, not so much. My husband’s steak was mediocre at best, mine was just ok. Between the meal and tip, I’m out about $275 (yes - that’s for 2 people). The icing on the cake - I’ve been up all night sick.not quite the evening/night I had planned. I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am.
Always love going to this steakhouse. Bacon app is Sssssooo good. Service was excellent. We will be back, for sure!
The service was great and the atmosphere was good but what they call a ribeye steak the rest of us call a roast cut in half. That was the worst $57 or any other price steak I had in at least the last 10 years. My wife’s filet was barely ok. I also added a crab cake that probably came right out of a mrs. Paul’s box. The cheese cake was very good and the salad was also good. So if you want a good appetizer and desert go here otherwise save your 125$ per person and go somewhere else.
Used to be the best steak restaurant in central PA. Recently it seems that quality has dropped. Not sure what happened but it's not the same as before. With that being said, the lobster/crab mac and cheese is absolutely amazing
90% of the time we have a great experience. We especially enjoy dining in the bar area; Heather is awesome! When we sit in the dining room, we typically wait a little bit longer and the service is not as great. Our favorite dining room server is Wes.
Overall, I think this is one of the better steakhouses in the Harrisburg area. The chef tends to cook the steaks a little under the desired temperature so I would order up a temperature.
Very average, over-priced, had a steak there that was improperly trimmed, tough, under-cooked, and under seasoned. I will not be going back.
