7Far better selection compared to other Fine Wine & Spirits stores in the area. (They are all owned by the Commonwealth of PA.hence the term "State Store. " It is very clean and well organized compared to others in the area. The staff is professional and knowledgeable with respect to their products.
God awful customer service. Went to buy some Hennessy, saw it says go to customer service. I went to ask the cashier if they were in stock and she says that I need to get to the end of the line. It was 10-15 people long and I just wanted to know if they were in stock. After a huff and a puff she got annoyed and snapped no we’re out. Followed by a NEXT! Excuse you lady, this interaction could’ve been handled much more civil.
Me: “excuse me”
Her: “May I help you? Do you have a question? ”
Me: “do you have any Hennessy in stock”
Her: “no sorry we’re out”
Me: “ok thank you, have a nice day”

One of the biggest I've seen. Large selection of wines and hard liquor as well as brandies, specialty goods, etc.
I never knew that two people need two IDs to buy wine.the cashier asked me and my husband to show ID to buy alcohol. The cashier only knows how to yell! It was rude and mean
I like the store and the selection of bottles, but the cashier was super rude and had bo idea on what is a proper, normal Human Behavior.if u hate your job, 1st is not my fault and 2nd find another one. I went there to buy a bottle not to deal with your f.attitude.
The people who work there seem out of touch but they are very informed and knowledgeable of what you are looking for and where it is with some information. A+
Not sure when this store stopped letting you take your shopping cart to your car, but that is ridiculous. When walking out the door the cashier yelled that I could not take my cart to my car. I could however leave my cart there and pull my car up but with a store full of people who would watch my cart? The cashier? Never had this issue before! Last time I buy a big order there. Not a happy customer!
