Fine Wine & Good Spirits reviews
17Very good selection. Standard state liquor store fare otherwise. Giving a 4 only because the selection *could* be even better.
Their selection of wine and liquor is beyond what I was expecting! Store is extremely neat and orderly. The employees are pretty great as well pleasant and helpful individuals.
Great selection at this location. Slightly disinterested staff, but service was good nonetheless.
Awesome selection includes wines from Israel, Georgian Republic, Crete, Turkey, Croatia and Macedonia. This must be a flagship store. Of course, spirits from all over the world that most places don’t stock
Massive wine selection with tastings at given times. Free to use wine cooling machine in store.
Really good if you come at 8 am on a Tuesday. Expect a line on Fridays, Saturdays especially before a long weekend.
Modern establishment with a wide variety of wine and liquors. Cashiers are typically friendly and store is well organized. You can even chill your wine before leaving the store!
There was a large variety of alcoholic beverages the service was quick and the people were very helpful finding whatever you were looking for. If you're looking for snacks there weren't any but there were plenty of places close by to pick up snacks
Huge selection. I think pricing is okay. Very convenient. Staff helpful but not always knowledgeable.
The line was soooooo long, but the associates here are EXTREMELY efficient and i was in line less than 5 mins.
This one lile the one on Chestnut have a superior selection of wines than most of the state stores. However the staff is not as knowledgeable with their offerings
Kinda of a hole in the wall, really small and cramped not much room to move around. When it's crowded OMG!
They always have what I need and have a great selection of wine with great deals. I can pop in and out in less than fifteen minutes and someone always tries to help even if they admit they may not know much about a particular alcohol.
This is an upgrade from the old liquor store location on Chestnut Street. Nice selection of wine and spirits in a convenient location. A handicap accessible location via elevator outside of the entrance.
Fact: Limitless movie with Bradly Cooper and Robert DiNero was filmed at the location (go to the last five minutes of the movie).
This is a really big store with a big selection. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Not everyone is super knowledgeable but you can get help. I think that in a store this size they should have a Rob Peters or a Cindy who really know their stuff, but that’s just my opinion.
Smells like a few bottles of booze broke in there. Also some guy in a wheelchair had a heartattack or while I was there. Smh
This place has an enormous selection of wine and liquor, and lots of sales, which has inspired some spontaneous wine discoveries for me. I will say, however, that the staff here sometimes brings down the shopping experience. I always feel rushed. There's usually a security guard leering at you like you're a shoplifter and the cashiers often seem like they're rushing you along or they're annoyed by your presence, even when the store isnt that busy. The location on South Street has a much friendlier staff and I usually go there for that reason, even though it's got a smaller selection.
