Great place and the best warranty options I have ever seen. The people are super nice here, and the whole regular car maintenance process is incredibly easy.

Nothing short of a great experience. Stress free (minus the obvious nervousness of purchasing/making an investment). Everyone was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I worked mostly with John K in making my purchase of a new, perfect 4runner but the entire staff was amazing. Zero complaints! Thank you!

After years of excellent service getting my truck serviced here I just purchased a 2023 Tacoma from Tom McCracken. Great experience! Tom was wonderful to work with and made it a pleasant experience. He really went above and beyond. Could not recommend a better sales person or dealership.

As always excellent service. Great staff (review from 2021).

FAST and professional service. Fixed the problem the boxstore garage failed to repair. All staff were courteous, kind, and friendly. And, was surprised that the service didn’t break the wallet (actually, quite reasonable).

Recommend Fiore service center.

Over the years I've taken 5 differant Audis to Fiore Audi in Hollidaysburg for service, and I have no reason to look for another dealership. Last year I purchased a used A5 there, and recently it was due for a 10K service and a couple of recalls. Since I live over an hour from the garage, and the services would require many hours, Dewayne was able to secure a loaner for me. The dealership is super clean and the folks are friendly and accommodating.

When I got there it was almost lunchtime the service man who was changing my oil delayed his lunch to finish my van so I wouldn’t have to wait the extra half hour till he ate his lunch. Thanks for being so kind

We recently dealt with Tom McCracken and he was very knowledgeable about our purchase. He took the time to explain all of the features our car had and was very focused on the safety features which sold us on our purchase.

Fabulous service. This was my first time at this dealership. I needed a warranty covered (lease) oil change and inspection on my vehicle. I did not have an appt. Dominic Lill was extremely friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful. They took me right in and had my vehicle completed in just over an hour. They had delicious fresh hot coffee choices and complimentary snacks. The bathroom and the entire dealership was spotless. Very happy I came here for my auto needs and dealt with Dominic Lill. Highly recommend this wonderful dealership!

I Tried to buy a car here and kept getting screwed around my Camden Hoover. Agreed on what I was willing to pay but came back with numbers that weren't correct. When I pointed this out he broke off all contact. I have bought many cars at Fiore. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS CLOWN he waste three weeks of my time. Decided to add update to this post. Talked to manager about above issue and said he would give me his best salesman and sell me any car 500 dollars above invoice. Before going I visited another dealership Bobby Rahal and got a price from them. When I went to Fiore got Phil McCracken for a salesman. Told me that if Bobby Rahal would sell the car for that price they would buy three. Went back to Bobby Rahal and told them they dropped another 600 off their price. Fast forward to this year decided to give them one last chance. Was looking at a 2022 VW Atlas used with 15k miles had a stain in the paint on drivers door and back bumper was all chipped and scratched. Not to mention looked like they hauled hay in the back. This car new is around 43k they are asking 40k. Manage was only willing to drop 700 dollars off price don't need to go lower because cars are in short supply and someone will buy it. Won't buy another car there!

I am editing this review to reflect my new 2 star rating first let me say this I am a grown man I do not need my hand held to go to the service department and drop my keys off and I don't need my hand held to go pick up my keys or to exit the building. Second I don't suggest you jump on a potential customer as soon as they exit a vehicle don't be a leach if someone is there to look at a car new or used give them a chance to browse if they have questions they will come and find a salesperson or give them 10 minutes to look before jumping on them to see if you can sale them a car now to the receptionist or whatever her job is inside the building I suggest that you don't jump out of your seat in that aggressive manner and ask do I need assistance especially when I have the other salesperson literally holding my hand and escorting me to the service department like a kindergarten student being escorted to the rest room.

Other than that BS SERVICE WAS DONE CORRECTLY

This business is really great and efficient. They replaced my transmission a couple weeks ago under a third party warranty and it went very smooth and everything was covered. I realized a day after that the airbags do not work on my driver side. I had already scheduled new tires and an oil change (great deal thank you) so I thought I'd have them check the airbag light that was on. 135 bucks to scan it. I decided to go without my airbag because I don't think I should have to pay for something that worked before I brought my car in for a major engine repair. 9000 dollars for a transmission and oil leak and another 900 in tires and services. I'm just hoping that someone sees this that can offer to see what happened to my airbags without charging me 135 bucks. The guy Shawn, that took care of me, has amazing customer service and is really good at communicating with his customers while their car is serviced here.
