Generally get take out here. Have though on occasion eaten in. Their subs r the best! It also warms my heart that they donate a percentage of their money for firefighters equipment! Nice decor with firefighter accessory flair. Fast service, clean, and upbeat atmosphere.

We sat there for 57 minutes waiting on 2 meatball hoagies while the employees were playing around on their phones.will not be back.

Great crew! The manager makes you feel welcome. They gained a new customer I come thru once a month whenever I'm in town.

Absolute GARBAGE customer service. We placed an online order. Got there about 5 mins early. We waited by the online order shelf patiently for the food to be done (keep in mind i placed this order an hour out.) The pickup time expired so I went in front of the counter and waited for someone to ask if I needed anything and nobody did (they were busy making food.) So I went into line to ask the lady at the register what the status of order was. I finally made it to the register and she looked miserable, didn't even greet me or ask me what I needed. So I told her I was here for my pickup order. She told me check my phone if I ordered online. I told her it said they would call me when it was ready, but the pickup time was now 10 mins behind then she proceeded to point towards the online order pickup and told me to check there for it. I was like okay, I need to order drinks because I forgot to order them online and proceeds to tell me, "yeah they all do. " Once I was ordering drinks I wold her I was having trouble with the app and then she continues to bash the app telling me how it's really bad and nobody ever does anything to fix it and they released it without testing anything. To be honest this is up there with the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. I cant honestly say I'll be going back. I think Jimmy John's and Jersey Mikes will be getting my service from now on. It's a shame because the food is so good but the employees or miserable and rude.

Slow subways subs way better prices are way to high I can go get a sub 12 inch for 10 dollars yens charge me 10 dollars for tiny 6 inch sub I could hardly understand the employee no hair nets on no gloves on took 15 mins to get my sub I go to subway it's done in 5 mins

Never had my order messed up, it's almost always ready at or near the time it is supposed to be.

Really good subs, but the order took an extremely long time. The seating area didn't seem very clean and it wasn't during a rush.

I'm not from the area and ordered online for takeout. After I paid I was offered a link to open maps for directions. I followed the directions and was taken to a farm 18 minutes from the restaurant. Guys in the store said there was nothing they could do even after I showed them what happened. Contacted corporate and never received a response. Reheated the sandwich myself in a hotel room and it was all bread and swimming in mayo.

The staff is the rudest ive EVER experienced.period. They treat military families so awful. You ask the gal a question and she either ignores you or rolls her eyes. One might expect that from a teen or 20 year old but from a lady in her 40s no. My staff will never be back. I would rate a negative if possible. Plus they messed up with the order.

This will be the 2nd time my order has been messed up by the Washington location. Spent almost $40 and couldn’t even get a pickle I asked for.

Double the price of subway, four times the wait (20 minutes for a Italian and meatball sub) for slightly better quality than subway.

If you want a great sub and a great dining experience, this is the place you need to be. Love it!

Good hoagies, but had to wait about 20 minutes to get my order, and 1 of my hoagies was made incorrectly.

Love firehouse subs. Once you have had firehouse every other sub place is just blah! Everytime we eat there it is very good. They are quick at getting your order ready. I have tried many different types of subs and have yet to find one I don't like! There drink machine is one of those types that you can get anyting. Also refills are free. Overall firehouse is the best. Love eating here when myself or my family comes to Washington.
