Love this place! Best Firestone in town. AJ puts the FIRE in Firestone. My car is begging me to take her back there!

I called on my way to work when an engine light came on and they were able to take my car in within 15 minutes to do a diagnostic! Very rarely do I go to a mechanic and they aren’t rude to me because I’m a woman and might not know a lot about the issue, but these people were so kind, respectful and helpful! I really appreciated all their time and patience today.

I’ll give them this rate no more than 3 stars because of the lack of professionalism
They need to hire more people there only one or most of the time two employees there, they are losing a lot of customers because of late response
Their service is good but definitely they need to work on the attitude of their employees plus hiring enough people to get back to their customers at the time no late or avoid calling back
Seja the service manager as well the other manager avoided calling me back and i was waiting for them they wasted my time, they keep saying I’m by myself
Totally understand but it’s not my problem this is business and I need my things to be done
Airport road and whitehall location have the same issues lack of employees and most of the time having short staff

Best customer service. Accidentally and luckily came in to the wrong location. After calling the location I had my appointment with, they informed me they couldn’t complete my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances but hadn’t called me… I would have shown up and been turned away. Alan at the Lehigh Valley mall location went above and beyond to fit me in their packed schedule and get me in and out quickly! The best!

Terrible place to get tires. You won’t even get a year out of them before there’s a hole pinched in them. And don’t bother for their warranty, they told me I couldn’t get repairs unless I purchase a tire. Whoever the manager is told me this. I’ve been coming here for years However the new management is terrible! Don’t buy tires here!

I been a customer of Firestone for years now. And I have been always satisfied with the attention and details of any of my questions about my vehicles that I have with them.

Great customer service and great discounts. The store manager is very kind and well spoken and has respectful interactions with customers as well as employees. The services may take some time so just try to manage your schedule accordingly. Will return there for sure.

Firestone is a rip off.over charging customers. Our son went the Firestone in Whitehall Pa in June for instation and was. Told over $1600 the needed a new front bumper and new head lights and the car had to
stay overnight because someone ordered the wrong our son ushis Firestone credit card and Firestone said that they will give him a $200.00 discount.haha that's a! When Firestone sent the bill to the Firestone credit card bank it was supposed to be $14.000.we got the invoice from the saying that our son owns $16.00 and Firestone never give him the discount and the front bumper Firestone said they fixwas never fixed. We had to go to auto body shop and and get the front bumper fixed Firestone give us $325.00. We was a customer for over 10 years not anymore.

Had 2pm appointment, truck didn’t get in until 3pm, at 345 was told unable to perform service. Wasted time and money, never again

These people who work in the shop are amazing! Not just car repairs, true kind souls. We were trying to rescue a momma duck and her babies, they were headed for RT 145, crazy busy road. These kind souls helped us! They got us boxes to catch them, and made sure they did not get hit by a car. So thankful. It's heart warming to meet kind people. Thank you

Did not follow any directions, Workers can't possibly have had a long day because we were the first car of the day, Messed Up car we had to do the repair by ourselves. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I had to come 4 different times the first time was to change a rim and then they had to change the tire sensor. No problem then I had to go back again because the sensor was malfunctioning was replaced no problem after that I went a third time to put new tires and my tire sensor was malfunctioning so I had to go back a fourth time to replace the sensor after that finally had no issues over all if you have time to wait and don't mind they will get you in and fix eventually.

I am so thankful for the people that took care of my Jeep! Overall, their service was wonderful, but in particular, they saved me a bunch of money. I thought I’d have to get my valve stems replaced, but they were able to fix them. Also, I appreciated all the updates I got via phone and email during the service. Everyone I talked to was very professional and courteous, but special thanks to Kyle for helping me out

Tires are awsome. Wait seemed long but it was alittle over an hour. Did God work. Don't believe I got valve stem caps tho.pretty sure I should have

I had an appointment for an oil change and I asked to please fill up my window washing fluid too. My appointment was at 9am they took my car in promptly. The oil change took 41 mins. When I got my car back they did the oil change but not the window washing fluid. Well, off to Target to get some window washing fluid and do it myself.

Had a complete vehicle inspection done and had new brakes placed on vehicle. I advised them of low tire pressure and front passenger tire that was low earlier. The technician said pressure was good but never checked tire. My wife went to get in car next day and a screw was in tire. How do you pull tires for brake job and not see this and say you checked tires. No sense of urgency slowest crew. Arrived early and was there until 3. Don’t think I will use them again.

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very customer oriented. A great place to get tires and when you have a Firestone account you receive many offers and discounts. I recommend this place of business.
