Love this place never had an issue always take all my cars here. But today I drop off my tire to have replaced and go pick up the tire they take to the car and I had to change my own tire as a shop full of men is present. $145.45 for a tire and changed my self.

Had a caliper put on my car. Was charged over 200.00 for labor for the repair that took maybe a hour. Then over 200.00 for the part which isn't even that much in the auto parts. When I questioned the price I was told it takes a hour and a half for the repair. Wasn't even there a hour and a half. This is not the first issue I have had. Raised a issue before was told to bring in paperwork. Did that never heard from them again. Once my card is paid off I will be canceling my account. Because obviously they don't care about losing customers.

Honest guys here. They don't do unnecessary things to make a buck. Also the customer service experience is always great. They really strive to make you happy here. Their credit line is great also they don't rake you over the coals and it's a breeze paying my bill every month.try them you won't be disappointed you'll have a happy vehicle that runs great!

My husband’s car had trouble with acceleration, so my husband brought the car to the location in Thorndale (near Okiini). They ran diagnostic tests, and determined it was the catalytic converter. They said they fixed it, and we could pick it up the next day. Picked it up, and, the next day, the engine light came on. Called them, and they said the car was fine to drive. Right after that advice, the car broke down on a major highway. Waited 5 hours for a tow truck, and paid for it to be towed back to them. They did another diagnostic test, and said the issue was the battery. I was very confused, since the car started fine, and they ran the diagnostic tests, so no clue why they now said the battery was the issue. Got a new battery, and went to pick up the car. As soon as we tried to drive the car, it was obvious the initial acceleration issue wasn’t fixed. Left the car there, for them to try to fix again. They said their diagnostic equipment only checked 1 catalytic converter, and my car has 2. The new converter they put in was damaged by the second one they didn’t know was there. At this point, my husband and I are 2 weeks without a working car. They replaced both converters, and said the car was ready. Picked up the car, and the engine light comes on AGAIN. Fixed what they said the issue was, picked up the car, and the engine light comes on AGAIN. Took the car back, and they said it’s all set. In total, we were without a fully operable vehicle for 3 weeks. When I asked about anything to compensate for their errors, they told me the original bill should have been much higher, but they took care of it. However, they HAD to take care of that, since there is a guarantee that they will fix their mistakes for free. We had to make multiple phone calls, for them to pay for the tow bill, that was a result of their errors. We tried to reach out to Corporate, to help with this issue, and they did not return any phone calls.

Went here because my car was making a knocking noise when I turned. They said it was my ball joints which I didn’t understand because my car was fairly new. Paid money to get all this work done. Got my car back and the noise was still there. I clean my car out and it was a water bottle banging against the seat which was causing the noise.and I wasted hundreds of dollars. These people do not care they just want your money. Go somewhere else

They always looking for something extra to make money. They said I needed a lower controll arm and brakes. I took my car to 2 diferent shops They both said brakes weren't needed for the inspection and there was nothing wrong with the lower control arm. When I called them they said that if the technician said it needed it I had to get it done when I asked if another technician can look at it they said no. I was obligated to change them although 2 other inspection stations said I didn't need them. Will not go there again

I am a PA State Constable who was transporting a prisoner to and from County Prisons and while Enroute experienced a sudden flat tire issue. I was able to get my vehicle to Firestone and explained my situation. They fixed and repaired my tire ASAP and performed the repair flawlessly! The staff there went above and beyond to assist me in a difficult situation. Kudos and thank you for your expertise and professionalism!

Highly recommend this location- have been a customer exclusively for nearly 10 years. I cannot recall an instance where I have called for service and couldn't be accommodated. The hours are great for flexibility. If an issue does come up/diagnosis the tech responding is very thorough on what was found & what they recommend to correct it. The pricing is fair and the service is prompt and transparent. The only minor critique I have (if you can even you can even consider as a critique) is mentioning/verifying that the free lifetime alignment- if you have it- is applied when making an appointment for service. Overall, this location is a great go-to for service on our vehicles.

Had front brake pads and rotors replaced in January, rear brake pads and water pump in March. Took car for inspection in August to a place recommended by a friend. Water pump is leaking, front pads are mis ing anti-rattle shields, right caliper is frozen, left is stiff and needs grease, rotors look overheated, - everything needs to be replaced. Under 5000 miles put on in that time frame

These guys are outstanding! I went in for an oil change and ran over a nail on the way in and didn't even know it. Not only did they find the nail and patch it, it was affordable (rare nowadays). The guy who was working the reception desk was awesome as well, he went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one and it went a long way in turning a bad day into a great day!

When they tell u something's wrong, let them fix it. No B's kinda place and they don't nickel and dime u. Very good quality service. They aim to get u in, do the job right, and get u out.
