Called to get vehicle checked out, was asked to hold 10 minutes, didn’t get to mentioning the issue just mentioned it was an audi and they hung up? If you guys are incapable of dealing with anything more than a honda or toyota maybe mention that and not waste people’s time

We have had some mishaps with them, but they are always great at fixing anything that is wrong.

Oil change and that's all our company vehicles get. No fluids checked or tire pressure.

I went here last year for inspection and was told my front ball joints needed replaced, after paying over $500 for these, a year later I'm told by a local garbage the my right ball joint is bad and that's what's causing the noise when I turn. I called Firestone hoping they would be humbled to fix it, seeing as it's only been 14 months and 10,000 miles since having it replaced. But no, as expected they completely shunned it off stating their warranty for anything is only 12 months or 12,000 miles. I stopped going here because I felt like they were just out for money and I no longer trusted their work and right here is proof enough for me that I was correct. FYI, ball joints should last at least 70,000 miles and on average cost $80-150 and they charged my $230 for each. Never again will I give Firestone my hard earned money.

11/27- update: I reached out to the website that was provided in the response and no one ever got back to me. Again, all this company cares about is money. My dad changed the faulty part yesterday and said that it was so bad that the ball joint moved up and down, which is NOT supposed to happen. I feel like I was taken advantage of and it is truly despicable. There is no way I was given new parts.

Had company car in for inspections and tires. There was a slight miscommunication regarding one aspect of service required, but Firestone took care of this quickly and got me back on the road.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I Had an standard alignment done on my Nissan. Was told at time of purchase that it comes with a standard 12 month warranty. Was also told that if for any reason I think the alignment has unaligned to bring it back as needed within that 12 month period. I called in a month later after getting new suspension parts and scheduled the appt.for an alignment check, they rescheduled my appt.for a week later. Finally went to appt.and the person working along with the "secretary" Melissa told me that this is my one and only alignment check/fix very very rudely. I'd have to pay another $100 for them to fix it after that regardless of if it's within the 12 month period or not. They also tried charging extra fees for shop expenses? ! Isn't that part of the original price? Why hide them and add them later? Was told its an automatic percentage their system calculates and adds for shop fees. GTFOH.

Called them last minute for an inspection that I didn't realize had run out. They were more than kind and accommodating! Would definitely go here again!

I have a 1998 pickup that is worth about $800. I took it in for an inspection. They called me and said it needed ball joints that would be $550. They also said I would have to take it elsewhere to have a muffler repair and a couple of bolts were loose where it attached to the engine. I said to go ahead and do the work. I picked it up and paid $735 which included the inspection fees but no sticker. I took it to a muffler shop only to find out that Firestone missed the hole in the catalytic converter. That would be $1400.00 to replace. Now I'm selling the truck for scrap because Firestone was incompetent in inspecting the exhaust system. I am out $735 that I would not have approved if I had known the converter needed replaced. I will never go back.

A company person who monitors customer comments contacted me and told me that the store manager would contact me in 48 hours to discuss my concerns. The manager did not contact me after 4 days. I let the CSR know and she then told me an area manager would be in touch in 48 hours. Needless to say that did not happen either. They did not care at all that they lost a customer.

I seem to always have issues with Chambersburg. I have had to have tires replaced that I got the warranty on and they were only $35. I had a tire for 2 months, had to have it swapped and they charged me the same price as a new tire citing labor. This location is soooooo irritating!

I moved to centra PA within the last year and this Firestone location is the most trustworthy, honest, and has the best staff compared to any competition and other Firestone locations. I’ve never felt ripped off and they have gotten me in several times within a few days of me calling. Highly recommend them!

At 7am on a Thursday my work truck shredded a belt due to a bad idler pulley. The manager actually brought a guy in early to fix my truck on the spot. I was back up and running a few hours later. If I didn’t live 60 miles away I would bring every vehicle I own to them. Thanks for your help.

This was a 10/10 experience for replacing all new tires. I had a nail in one tire, and needed to get all 4 tires on my VW Tiguan replaced. They were able to get all 4 tires and do an oil change within 2 hours. The price for my tires was about $400 less than JWT.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their technician even took it upon himself to fix my door that was creaking upon opening without me asking, and without charging me, just to be kind and helpful. I was so happy!
Highly recommend and will be coming back again for any future needs for our families cars.

Paid $1500 for an issue that wasn't fixed and on top of that there is another issue that has now come up.they said they brought in a special technician, he clearly didn't do his job. Car was in the shop for 3 days, and on top of that they now aren't answering their phone.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. The staff are patient and understand to an exponential degree. They take the time to make sure you understand the issue and what steps need to be taken to resolve it. They are transparent and compassionate. My experiences at this location have always. ALWAYS been positive. From the service manager Gabby, to my service advisor Don, to the technician, Ron, flawless customer service. I never once felt like I was being sold something unnecessary, or like I was being taken advantage of. Phenomenal experiences.consistently.

The original front counter employee I had was fantastic but the technician that gave me my bill was horrible. Was very presumptive and accusatory, did not go over my bill with me, was texting while I was paying. I’m not sure why some people act without care file others. Just be better and be kind.

Dropped minivan off today at 9: 15 for an oil change and to check on a couple other things. We asked for a “waiting appointment” so I wouldn’t have to take an Uber home and back. They then proceeded to tell me the van wouldn’t be ready until this afternoon. So I had to get and uber home. Called them at 3: 30pm, they hadn’t even started working on my van. This is not the first time we have had them tell us a timeframe and it gets delayed significantly. Told them don’t even start working on it, we are picking the van up and going to a different mechanic that might value their customers time.

I cannot begin to thank these guys enough! After trying 3 shops today, I called and asked if they would be able to mount and balance a new tire (the rim was already off due to the condition of the old tire) quickly enough that I could still make a 6: 30pm appointment an hour away. She checked to see if they had the right size tire in stock and told me to come on in. Within 20 minutes they had a new tire on and had me on my way. 100% worth every penny spent. In the days when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, businesses like this make my day. Thank you for everything guys!
