Firestone Complete Auto Care, Hermitage PA

I had a trailer tire blow out on I80. When a arrived a the store I explained to the front counter tech what had happened. With in 5 minutes they had the rim in the shop and working on it. All said and done they completed the tire change in under 30 mins. I highly recommend these great group of guys and store. They went over and above in getting me back on the road 3 hrs.from home. The Manager & I also had a great talk about our JD tractors while I waited. Again, I highly recommend these guys and their store.

I was in and out of that place within 2 hours. I had an alignment done on my truck and now it drives perfectly.

I used to go here years ago, but they have gotten so bad. Told them what needed done on our car, as our we had half the work done somewhere else but that place couldn't get us in for over a month. Firestone completed a front to rear bumper inspection ($95) and wouldn't fix the issue without fixing everything on the car not related. This is an old work car. That maybe gets driven 60 miles a month. We re not sinking in 1000s of dollars on a car that is not even worth that. Very disappointed in how they do business here. Just wanted to let others know if you take your car here for one thing, they will try to make you fix anything and everything even if it's not causing you an issue. Took the car to an actual mechanic and only had to pay around $300 not the almost $2000 firestone was trying to charge.

The Sunday manager at Firestone was unwilling to assist in a situation unless I bought 4 new tires from them. I am not impressed with their policies. There are better places to go.

Can't say I would ever come back. I should have left as soon as the guy behind the counter got snark with me but it was a Sunday and options where limited. Prices are a bit higher than other places. Shop around before coming here.

I came in asking to replace a valve stem, and service was very proficient, and costed $30 which was cheap to me.
Tire continued to leak, so I returned a day or two after, and they checked it out and fixed the problem free of charge, even though the problem wasn't related to the valve stem this time. I had ran over a nail! They also inspected my tires for me.
The staff was so kind. It's always difficult going somewhere like this when you're female presenting, but everyone was so nice, and didn't overcharge me for anything unnecessary. I felt safe going there. I will be returning there for any and all car trouble or maintenance!

Carl went above and beyond to help me get my tires rotated on my Tesla. Very nice staff here and will definitely be back.

The previous review from Maryjane Davis was 100% correct. Do NOT let these guys tell you anything, especially when it comes to exhaust work. They told me that I had an exhaust leak and that because my system was welded together they would need to replace the entire exhaust system for $6,000! I took it to E&E Welding & Exhaust in Mercer and they put my car up, showed me that my system was not welded together except for one little piece which they cut and replaced in 10 minutes for $50! I can't believe Firestone does this to people and I feel awful for anyone who just says okay to this. Shame on the company and the manager. I have since been told that they operate on a daily quota and do not care how they get it. Now that I know how they do business I will never go to another Firestone again. Do yourself a favor and skip it. If you do go in there, be prepared.

BEEN THERE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THERES ABSOLUTELY NO REASON ID EVER GO BACK. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WAIT 3HRS FOR A OIL CHANGE. OR YOU CAN GO TO BUCHANONS IN SHARON AND BE DONE BEFORE YOU EVEN SIT DOWN. FIRESTONE IS RIDICULOUS!

Corey and team were kind and professional. They were able to replace all 4 tires of my daughter's car on a walk-in basis.and on a Sunday late afternoon a couple of hours before closing. I was in a jam, was able to coordinate what needed to be done over the phone, and they took care of us! Highly recommended!

Terrible, brought it in for them to look at my rear diff.tried selling me a 5k exhaust instead.

These guys are super helpful! I will always take my car here for tires. Mike has always gone above and beyond to make sure my Tesla is taken care of!

Probably could have balanced my own tires without a machine better than they did with the machine.

Got new tires from Firestone in Hermitage, PA. The woman at the front counter was polite and responsive to questions. The service was started on time and the technicians were efficient. I have no complaints with the new tires I bought about a month ago. Would definitely use them again.

I scheduled firestone to put tires on my truck.they charged me for prepared installation from simple tire the supplier.the tire technician was making all the decisions, the manager Dave was clueless.couldn't work their computer program.had to go back 3 days later and the asst.manager rectified the problem.long story short it cost me an additional 52 dollars between simple tires and Firestones screw up.wouldn't recommend either one.

Nightmare of an experience prior to today. Dakota & Dave rectified my issues and handled my vehicle with professionalism.
