They don’t follow the rest of Colorado and make up their own rules. Over charge for transfers. Really rude and lazy.

I purchased a Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun when I turned 21 from here. I see the same gentlemen in the pictures from the day I made my purchase. I felt completely comfortable as a young black man over 13 years ago. The men in the store are men that respect everyone who also shows respect and decency. I'm looking to make a purchase now, but I would like to know if the store is still operating by appointment only at the moment.

By far the most rude and disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Gun transfer prices change depending on who you are. They told me $50 on the phone and $75 when I showed up in person which is extremely high. Do not do an online gun transfer to this store they will hold your gun hostage until they feel like giving you a call. If your not WHITE you will definitely feel unwelcomed in this establishment.

The fine people at Firing Line are heroes. Not only do they offer the finest in firearms they also do public service work by taking the lives of the detritus of society rioting and breaking into businesses.

I’ve been here several times and I appreciate it for what it is. The guys who work here are always nice and helpful. They don’t have time for range nonsense and if you’re being unsafe they will handle it immediately, otherwise they leave you be. They’re my go-to range for unpretentious, helpful, and low key range time.

These group of guys where truely nice. I would recommend this gun shop. I went to the one on Ellsworth first not a nice bunch of people. But the Firing line is one of my favorite gun shop and range. The men are very nice and informative. They treated me and my son respectful and was very attentive. Great job Guys. Hands down!

Only taking appointment by email they say, I have been messaging them since the 20th of last month and have been getting rescheduled I’ve, never got a message back for an appointment time. They only gave me a day, then never respond only to give me a new day to try and reschedule.

Went there to use the range. The guys were eager to help and really nice. The late hours are great for people who finish work when other gun shops are closing. Don't be afraid if you're new. Go here.

Been a loyal customer since college. Trained me in handguns and advised me on my CCW needs. Turned me on to Sig my Goto brand. After 5 years in California I’m back and they remembered my name. Like Cheers for gunshops.

The staff at this range are really helpful! They treat everyone equally no matter how much shooting experience you have had.
One employee helped me by showing me what I could do better for more accurate shooting.
The only thing about this place is that you HAVE to buy bullets from them and cannot use your own.
I would recommend this range for amateurs and pros alike.

The staff here is amazing. Super friendly and super helpful. The instructor, John, was very detailed and patient - couldn’t have asked for someone better! I will definitely be returning. The prices were good too!

What I was most impressed with is, they didn’t try to push the expensive guns on me. They got a feel for what I was looking for and they weighed out the pros and cons. I walked out of there with a totally different choice then what I walked in there for. Most importantly, they taught me whatever they could in that short period of time being there. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Love these guys, Larry and crew are great. I bought my first firearm from them at 21and was treated like family. 15 years later they are still my go to gun shop in the city!

Avoid buying anything here. Mark up is usury. Found my SW Shield 2.0 elsewhere $100 less soon after purchase.
Charges $100 FFL Transfer fee while other shops charge $35!
No customer service at all.

Do not Come Here! Unprofessional, clowns, playing around behind the gun counter tying a teenager's shoes while taking pictures. I was shocked to see that and no one has guns. I asked for a specific gun, they told me Beretta don't make those, that is a lie, I bought one the next day from a REAL gun shop where people know what they are doing.

Been shooting there for many years very courteous friendly staff and very safe environment.highly recommended for anyone looking for a gun range in south philly.

Website says $100 for annual membership and I even called to confirm. However when I went their in the evening with a friend of mine they wanted to charge us $125 each. I even showed them on their website but they refused to honor their advertisement on their own website.

It was my first time firing a gun and i was nervous, but the staff taught me all that i need to know. They were nice and helpful. The place is very nice, and the prices are amazing. If you’re ever in Philadelphia and would like to shoot some rounds, that would be the perfect place.

I went this morning for a basic firearms course with a friend. It was honestly the most fun experience I have had in a while. The instructor, John, was super nice, helpful, and patient. He seems like a really experienced guy, and was very clear and cut on proper safety protocols.

If you like shooting guns, want to learn how to shoot, or just are curious what its all about, I would recommend Firing Line. Great people, great atmosphere, and cool as all hell guns.
