First Decisions reviews
8I have been getting my haircuts here since I started school at Penn in 2017. I highly recommended. Ty and Ron are amazingly skilled artists and people. The haircuts are great and the content of conversations at the establishment will always leave you entertained.
The brothers there were very professional & cordial, yet gave an ora of relaxed atmosphere. My waiting time varied, according to clientele traffick. My preference was not to go on weekends, as many needs to look great.
Though my personal experience was not a, I informed the involved staff & they apologized. At the time, I'd give each a 109; based on their barbering. Thank you
Ron is a super nice guy and is an excellent barber. Would totally recommend to anyone in the University City area or anywhere in Philly!
Tyler is absolutely amazing. Super professional. And gifted at color and hair of all kinds.
Overpriced and and poor quality. I was left with a lot hair on neck and barber did a terrible job fading! I don't think he understood what fading means. Never ever.
My husband love going here and we dont live in philly anymore but be wants to go there over the rest.
Rushed, Inattentive Botched 12 minute cut. This one was definitely the worst cut I've gotten in 15 years. And the first I've ever complained about.
12 minute hair cuts don't usually go well after all.
Destroyed what was left of my hairline and cut off chunks of side burns. No longer symmetrical.
Walked in and asked them to "please not push hairline back, and please do not touch side burns at all" "I will do that myself".
The guy did the opposite.
Typically you pay special attention to the hair line on the front and back. They didn't cut the back at all, a blessing in disguise, and completely ignored the existing hair line in the front.
I even interrupted him twice during the cut and asked him not to do what he was doing. He Said it was fine so I thought it was my imagination.
If you don't want to become an art project for your barber, and you want someone to take their time, and listen to you then
First Decisions should be your Last Choice.
Bad haircuts should only occur when you are too shy to communicate with the barber. Not when they ignore you.
